I didn’t go in and dine in but instead I asked them to deliver it. I ordered a 16 piece wings with 3 ranch cups and guess what? They didn’t put the 3 ranch cups that I specifically asked for what a waste of 3 dollars for nothing. Never ordering from dominos again.

Sometimes you try to give restaurants the benefit of doubt. My pizza was ordered well done and arrived at first glance looking undercooked. I called twice and was left on hold saying that I was the first caller for almost 30 minutes both times. We haven’t gotten an oven yet so my children were unable to eat for almost 2 hours. I would think that the service would’ve been better because of the location but not. If you’re able to pickup in this area, please visit Summer Ave. Dominos.

I ordered a pick up order and I ended up getting a flat tire and not being able to pick it up. I called and asked could it be delivered and they said yes. They didn’t make me bug anything else although I would have. Ms Latoya came promptly about 10 minutes later with my order. They were polite and professional and that made my night. I’m truly disappointed in this store. Late night staff is beyond rude. When my mother came to pick up two orders on my behalf, the staff looked at her like she was stupid and told her that I only had one order. They wouldn’t even check so when I arrived (10 minutes later) to find out about the order, the staff ignored everyone waiting in the lobby while under looking me and other customers. When a women with reddish brown skinny dreads in a pony tail came to finally acknowledge a customer she purposely attempted to skip me when she I saw her see me when I walked in. Thankfully a gentleman redirected her to service me. When I told her about my situation she was very nonchalant and quiet honestly had an attitude like she knew who I was and just didn’t want to deal with me. This is exactly why I don’t come late night because the staff just do what they want to do with little regard for customer service. Extremely dissatisfied and disappointed.
