When you first walk into this location- the inside feels like a southern home feel. Makes me think about North Carolina Chick-fil-A. To the staffs – keep up the good service. I hope this location thrives and stay clean!!!

Didn’t think I see myself ever leaving a review to a fast food chain, but this deserved it. I took my kids and I here for lunch one day.
To start, I was incredibly impressed by how clean the restaurant was. There was even fresh flowers on the tables. There was an arts and crafts station for the kids.
And the service was amazing. Everyone in the restaurant treated us really kind and respectful and seemed to go out of their way to make sure everything was good.
We even had the owner stop by our table and make sure our experience was good. It was such a thoughtful touch to feel like someone went above and beyond what they needed to do.
They all made sure my kids were happy. Thank you for the amazing experience

I’ve been to several Chick-fil-A’s around the country. They all have been something that is unexpected in the “fast food” industrustry.
You can tell they truly care. Every employe is VERY polite, and there is no better tasting chicken that any fast food can come close to competing with!

The staff made me feel welcome as soon as my son and I entered the restaurant. The professionalism of this young crew was incredible, from being cordial, efficienct, considerate of one another and fully immersed in the flow of the operation. They never missed a beat, someone would have to step away from their duty and another team member would just naturally jump right in. Cudos to management and this incredible crew. Of course the food was great, it is Chick-fil-A! Every time my son and I travel together a stop at Chick-fil-A is always on the itinerary. What sets this place apart is your incredible team! Thank you for employing so many incredible young people and offering them such an incredible foundation as they enter the world of work.

Went to the Brockport location yesterday for the 1st time.
They have people standing outside taking your order vrs doing it at the menu. Of course you can’t see the menu until you drive up to it..
I did glance at it while waiting.
When it was finally my turn to order they had me pull up to the girl PAST the menu.
Not a fan of doing that. YES I could have perhaps pulled the menu up on my phone but I had no idea I would drive past the menu to order.
Please do better.
The fries were cold I got chicken nuggets bc I knew they were on the menu which were good.

Love this Place! My daughter won’t stop asking to eat here. Lol. Always, I mean ALWAYS Hot and Fresh Food and the Staff are ALWAYS Very Respectful . Atmosphere is Great but please don’t Vacuum/Sweep the floor while I’m eating again.

i’ve gone twice now and they messed up my order completely. i paid extra to put cheese on my sandwich and i got my sandwiches and there was no cheese on them, not once did this happen but 2 times!! also ordered a spicy and regular and ended up with two regulars. when i pulled up to the speaker they said “hello” not even a how can i help you, or anything i had to start the conversation. i do online orders to try to make the order less complicated as well.

This was my first time at this location. The chicken in the sandwich I got was cooked perrfectly. The bun was buttered and toasted, and inside there was a piece of chicken and two pickles. I think I forgot to ask for dressing or other things to be added. The waffle fries were delicious too. I really love that chick fil a sauce! Lots of space inside to dine in, which we did.

Newly opened you could tell the staff was still in training. Drive through line was out to the road but appeared to mo e alo g quickly. Inside staff were extremely polite and attentive. Line for ordering moved smoothly. We placed our order and had a seat and they brought our food to us. Food was delicious They were constantly cleaning the tables.
