It took 8 minutes to make it to the drive thru window when they weren’t busy and over 25 minutes at the window waiting for our food. Some of the employees were too busy on their phone or joking around to do anything else. When someone finally came to the window they didn’t even know what we ordered and thought it was hilarious. No manager or anyone ever came and explained what was going on or tried to clear up the confusion. At least half if not more of the “chicken strips” looked more like chicken nuggets. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Just a heads up to corporate or anyone that might care about this business…. Don’t send me any coupons because they will go straight to the trash.

I just dealt with a very RUDE GM at Chicken Express on Arkansas Blvd. today @ lunch time. I spent $51.68 on some OLD CHICKEN!! I was on lunch and was buying for a lot of people. When I made it back to work I realized that the skin was very hard, and it the inside of the thighs, and legs were dark in color apparently from sitting there! I called to explain what happened, and they were less than professional!! I will NOT be going back!!

Whitney and an ordered a fish dinner for lunch today. I asked for some shrimp sauce for my fish and they said sauces are now $.35 each. I thought it was a joke, but in all seriousness if you want any kind of sauce with your food they are now $.35 each. Ridiculous we will find somewhere else to eat poo appreciates their customers.

Went to the one in texarkana arkansas. Got 2 5 dollar boxes. They would not give you any thighs because they said they had too many drumsticks. The box is supposed to be thighs and drumsticks. So they are giving the customers all drumsticks

Food was AMAZING! Juicy Chicken, fried okra was delicious, and corn on cob was bomb! Everything was hot, fresh and tasty. Wish we lived in Texarkana just for this chicken. Yummy!

Last few times the food hasn’t been good. Today I got a #1 spicey. The chicken strips were burnt. They even tasted liked they’d been over cooked. They had been setting out awhile because the meat had started turning brown. Plus, they weren’t even warm. This place has really gone downhill.
