I haven’t been here in quite a while and my experience back was phenomenal! Our server Austin was so sweet and helpful, and recommended the salmon Alexander blackened and oh my god. Amazing! It was awesome having a server so knowledgeable about the menu and giving awesome recommendations for my sister and I who don’t come here too often. For those of you stopping through San Antonio for some great food and great vibes ask for Austin!! Definitely coming back !

I had an absolutely amazing dining experience at Pappadeaux Seafood Kitchen! The food was fresh, flavorful, and perfectly cooked — every dish was delicious from start to finish. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, making it the perfect place to enjoy a great meal.

I got a to-go order totaling about 100 dollars. The to-go servers were unhappy, you could tell. No smiles or anything. Definitely felt like it was just another day that they didn’t wanna work but they ere just working there for the money. I also tipped pretty generously only to get the minimal amount of dirty rice with both orders. The food looked like someone had already eaten it and it wasnt even neatly prepared. The picture shows exactly how i got the food. Also the amount of rice included was so small that I had to cook more rice so that it was enough for both orders that I ordered. Not stopping at this this location ever again. I will drive straight to Houston and get treated amazingly. I’m so sorry to have stopped here. Never again.

I wanna start by saying the food was amazing ( Rainbow fish and lump crab) as usual but my server today especially was what made my experience an unforgettable one (Austin) He knew the menu in such great detail helping me figure out what best suited to my taste. I don’t come here often considering it’s a bit far but when I do I will definitely be asking for him.

Always great food! Been going to this place since 2002 and never a let down. The Pasta Mardi Gras is amazing and the fried alligator is my favorite appetizer. They have changed the alligator over the year, the current hot honey Tabasco is very good.

I had a knife and fork salad with shrimp and lump crab meat. It was more than enough to fill me up, I ate everything except for a little bit of the lettuce. My wife had some fried catfish that was tasty as well, it was a nice sized portion too. Some extra carrots on the side, delicious. The piece of bread they gave us before our entree was huge and really soft, also delicious. Butter was creamy. It was a really good experience overall.

Great service took great care to insure my allergy to shellfish was not a problem for me or them. The food was hot fresh a very tasty my son had a 4 lb lobster wow the salad with Salmon was a very healthy portion and delicious inhade the redfish and brocolini both cooked to perfection. It was great night.
