Big fan! First and foremost the service was impeccable. The staff were all extremely engaged and kind. I got a stuffed pita with falafel, i was very pleased with. Comes in a neat cardboard holder. Restaurant inside was fine, very fast casual typical, but it was clean with good background music – so zero complaints. A wonderful employee recommended a specific combination of juice mix over soda when i ordered a fountain drink – he was spot on correct. Splash of lemonade, then half berry and half strawberry dragon food; was really great. I highly recommend.

I came in about an hour before closing, and the experience was surprisingly disappointing. They were out of most protein options, and the food I did receive was completely cold. The “Stuffed Pita” was filled less than halfway, and since they didn’t have proper scoops available, the staff used the small plastic sauce cups to grab the tabouleh and other sides—meaning there was barely any added. This was very unhygienic since they were touching the food with the same gloved hands they were using for other tasks.
On top of that, their cashier screen was covered in dirt and grime, which made the whole process feel even less sanitary.
I’m not sure what’s going on, because Garbanzo was very good a couple of months ago, but the quality has noticeably deteriorated. I really hope this can be addressed, because it used to be one of my go-to spots.

I don’t think I’ve ever left a negative review in my life, but then again, I’ve never been so disappointed in a food establishment before. Wanted to bring dinner to our friends who just had a newborn baby. Spent $170, including tip, on two deluxe family meals and a couple extra items. The highlights (or lowlights if you will).
– Ordered an extra side of rice on top of the two that should’ve came with each meal. Received less than half of one container’s worth in total.
– Protein portions were barely enough for two people, let alone the four that the meal is supposed to accommodate.
– Tabouleh and cucumber salad containers were one third full at best
– Did not receive the sliced tomatoes we ordered.
– Selected cookies as a dessert and did not receive those.
I should’ve listened to my wife and checked the order before we drove away, but we were in a hurry and I never would have thought things would have been messed up so bad. Showed up to our friends house and we were completely embarrassed once we started unpacking everything. By the time we realized how much we got shorted, it would have been a 45 minute process to try to get things fixed. Needless to say we won’t be coming back here ever again.

Who ever owns this location needs to wake up from their sleep before they lose their invest. This place is the total opposite of what it used to be within a short period. You gotta do better especially when you have so many food options around you. Wish the owner all the best, knowing the challenges of running a business but I’m not coming back here ever again(my friends said the same) after three disappointing visits and today I watched a family of 5 come in and after a few minutes looked at each other and walked out.

This is honestly one of the best Garbanzo I’ve been to. Super friendly staff . Excellent customer service. And food is prepared on time, hot and very tasty. Ordered catering two days in a row and they definitely exceeded my expectations both times.

Honestly one of the best restaurants I’ve been to in a long time. Guy working there the past 2 times I’ve went was simply amazing offering plenty of free and cheaper options, and the food is just amazing. Everything tastes house made and fresh even when they’re beginning to close. Overall, just an amazing restaurant!

Don’t pass it up! I used to manage a garbanzo, and this was my first time in this location. Food was fresh, Pitas were warm and yummy, clean restaurant and they have the best hummus you can find!!! 10/10 recommend it here
