Fortunately, the food has always been good every time, which is great. The staff has not been exceptional; but they are cordial enough. I ate inside recently and liked how they’ve upgraded the place; except the bathroom floor was awful, unfortunately and I wonder why that is. Have they not had time to repair/clean the floor or what could it be?

I ordered a veggie sub on the app on my way home from work. When I got home from work I had over toasted dry bread sandwich. A pinch of lettuce and other vegetables I asked for but I had a ton of mayo and melted cheese. I wish I could upload the picture of my sandwich because it was a major disappointment. This use to be the only subway I would go to because they were always great but after this I probably won’t be back. I paid $9 for a mayo and cheese sandwich basically.

If I can give them a 0 it’s way to much, I did a mobile order, there was no greeting as you walk in like you get in other subways locations, 2 employees working 1pm as you walk up to the counter both ladies don’t even acknowledge you at all! Standing there for a min feelt very awkward I was the one that had to let them know I had a mobile pick up, waited 10min more to get my order we noticed were missing a cheese pizza I told them I was missing it, she give me a flat bread with marinara sauce with cheese find out that this location didn’t have pizza bread at this point I’m already behind my time to get back on the road no refund was given ♀️drove off because I still had an 1hr drive to my destination when I was on the road I got my tuna salad out at this point I’m pissed off because I paid $11 for a salad they didn’t ADD all my ingredients but they
messed up on my salad dressing my choice was oil, vinegar, oregano, salt & pepper, I didn’t ASK for teriyaki sauce with ranch plus I paid for xtra for avocado I’m super disappointed of SUBWAY specially this location no one answers the phone to speak to management

This location is very nice upon walking in. Everything is clean, not worn, or ruined down. Clean, fresh smelling restroom. All the great sandwich options you love. Plenty of seating as well.

I used the app to get the discount. When I got there the person working, could not find my order. Purchase was made via the app. The other order was nit filled, because they were out of several items. I had the option to substitute, but there should be some way the app notify us / me, if items are not available. They got a one star, because I was able to substitute.

Placed an order on the app, was supposed to be ready @6 pm get there wait 20mins to be told that it isn’t ready nor do they have what I ordered. Then when asking for a refund the kid behind the counter doesn’t know how to do it. And when trying to do it on the app the AI isn’t helping to give the refund. Will never go there again. This is the second time it’s happened.

Very unprofessional. They have a young lady in there with pink braids in her head. I’m describing her as such because I do not know her name however she was on the phone. I had to ask her to change her gloves after handling the phone not one time does she wash her hands? The sandwiches were sloppily made and to top it off she’s walking around in there and house Slippers. Will not be buying another sandwich from here again it was just too gross for me. Even the counters were dirty.

Ordered a sandwich on the app, pick up time was for 6:25 pm. Doors locked, open sign in the window, drive tru broke of course. There is one very young worker there alone. She started they were closed and her manager told her to shut it down. We’ll needless to say the manager would not answer and I couldn’t cancel my order. So I left without food, service or my money!

I really should have read the reviews on this location before I brought my mother here. There was 1 employee there, working the drive thru and dining room at the same time. The young woman was moving as a sloth would when it came to what she had to do. She DID NOT know what meats went on the Italian BMT. Then got mad when my mother pointed out that her sub came with ham as well. She then proceeded to tell me I couldn’t charge a certain amount to my card and do the rest cash… ALLLLL WITH A HORRIBLE ATTITUDE! I get having to run a store solo is hard, but that’s what comes with fast food jobs. I was a manager at BK for 14 years, and worked my way up to that position, so I get it. However, this generation of young folks are lazy and move at an extreme slow pace. It’s as if they don’t come to work, to work…

The gentlemen working were nice. The new menu is very detailed, and the sandwiches are delicious. It wasn’t busy which I loved. My husband got The Champ, and I got The Great Garlic (pictured).
