My orrder was almost an hour late. Driver almost forgot to hand me my drink. I start eating my sandwhich and find plastic in it. Really? I order all the time and this never happened. I get it on a busy day or night. But putting plastic in my meal is not cool.

This is a very nice and modern Panera. I love being able to work in the cafe, my food is always good and comes out fairly quickly, and it has a nice ambience.
My one complaint— MANAGEMENT, PLEASE tell your employees to clean better. Everytime I’ve been here, the tables have been dirty as well as the booth seats. I’ve seen employees cleaning and asked employees to clean off tables, but they leave crumbs on there, and they never touch the crumbs on the seats. Please please train your staff better on cleanliness.
Other than this detail, it’s a great Panera location.

Very disappointed only 1 Cinnamon Toast Crunch bagel left. It was later at night. But most disappointed in the discontinuing of the Pean Brade. Replacement much more dry. Not near as good. Hope someone at this local location can let corporate know.

HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!! I wish I could give them ZERO STARS! Sat at drive thru window for 15 minutes!!! NOBODY came to check the window. Then they come to the window with the order BEHIND ME!!! All I ordered was a CUP OF MAC AND CHZ that’s already made!!! Their excuse was they were busy, which they WERE NOT busy at all. Only one car behind me and nobody on the inside!!! The little girls were playing and giggling instead of scooping Mac and chz into a CUP!! Manager even had an attitude!!!

This Panera bread location is the best in our area. Staff is friendly and professional especially Aleia Samson. You can tell from the staff that she runs a very tight ship as they all provide excellent customer service under her leadership.

Purchased a bagel with cream cheese. The gentleman that prepared it did not include the cream cheese. I asked for the cream cheese and he said “you didn’t order cream cheese” I replied, yes I did. He again said no you didn’t (very unfriendly manner) I again said yes I did and SHOWED him the receipt! He then said, “well, it wasn’t on my screen, and slid one on the counter. Very poor customer service. Won’t be returning!

I have to reward good behavior because whoever made my salad this time around absolutely slayed it. Sometimes I order on the app and it’s mushed and gross but this time was so good!! Plus when I asked for extra ranch they actually gave me extra!! (4 for a whole)
