The food here is always very delicious! Their crinkle fries are seriously the best — perfectly crispy every time. The gyro wrap was even more delicious and full of flavor. I also love that they never forget the sauces — it’s the little things that make a difference. Definitely a place I’ll keep coming back to!

Went to Arby’s ordered 4 classics asked for extra Arby’s sauce and I was given horseradish sauce. Called and Jewels was extremely rude. Telling the customer do you understand what I’m saying??? With attitude. She said she couldn’t make it right. Spent my New Year’s Eve hungry and out of my money. Said her district manager John Jonathan could not make it right. Wow lousy customer service when the worker yells at the customer.

Burger I ordered tasted as if it had been microwaved for about an hour. The fries had also been sitting out for quite some time. Beef and cheddar sandwich was decent and so were the jalapeño poppers and mozzarella sticks.

I just picked up the Classic Beef ‘N Cheddar Meal from Arby’s, and it absolutely hit the spot! The roast beef was tender and piled high and the cheddar cheese sauce was perfectly creamy. The curly fries were hot, crispy and seasoned just right. My drink was ice-cold and refreshing.
From the quick and friendly service to the great taste, this meal was everything I hoped for. If you’re craving something hearty and flavorful, I highly recommend giving this a try!

Have not had Arby’s in a while seeing how they were closing down for a while around here. I was skeptical about trying one but decided to try this one. The food was great but the service was beyond fantastic and very clean. The gentleman named Darius was very wonderful to me and my whole family. We will be going back one because the food but also because Darius made it such a great experience. THANK YOU DARIUS!

Nice to finally have an Arby’s in Horizon. Got our order fast and food was fresh! EDIT. Just because someone makes a review at a certain time doesn’t mean that’s the exact time they went. Place was opened on Saturday and most definitely on Sunday. Haters gonna hate.

I did an online order here. The food was ready on time. Also the customer service was excellent. This new Arbys will be a place that my family and I will visit again soon.
