The quality of the food at this Arby’s is very subpar compared to others I’ve been to in this area. It’s clear they serve food that has been sitting awhile. My gyro, came out lukewarm. I didn’t even complain, just heated it up at home. The manager Luisa at this location is rude and unprofessional. If anything, that woman needs to be coached on customer service…being that she’s a manager. She left a bad taste in my mouth with her service, on top of the quality of the food. I will definitely not be back at this location. Instead I’ll go to the Verdae location where the customer service is top tier and the food is ALWAYS fresh.

Arby’s seems to have found a place and way to distinguish itself on first glance. They could still accomplish that if their quality overall was brought up to meet their step up in pricing. The prices promise more than they deliver unfortunately. Seeing employees who like their job and want to do well at it would be helpful but not complete. I don’t know if it’s too little training or other reason for the laissez-faire attitude that dominates the staff. If that was addressed and they started getting employees that have at least a hint of ambition and step Arby’s up to a level that matches the prices. The chances are very good if they can implement some discipline from corporate to the workers in the individual restaurants. I’m speaking of all Arby’s I’ve ever chosen for lunch or dinner. At least, I guess, they are consistent.

Very clean, busy drive-through, staff seem pleasant but there is no acknowledgement upon entering and standing in line, a quick hello I will be right with you would be nice, especially in the South; come on folks we have a reputation to keep up!! The famous curly fries were cold as ice, but the orange shake was good.

Got the cajun fish with onion rings n a milk shake. All was good n fresh. Matthew was the guy that took my order. Very friendly service n he even did a table touch. Took my trash for n done so with great mannerism. I’d come back here for sure. Thanks for a great experience yall.
