Ordered a couple pizza one cheese pizza and one supreme. The cheese pizza was fine but let me tell you. The supreme pizza had literally 5 or 6 slivers of onions and bell peppers with 9 pieces of sausage chunks. It looked like a pepperoni pizza with some sprinkles of veggies. Winter ordering that again

Today me and my brother can in after a long wait at the marketplace location. We were taken care of at the South Mason location by Mr.Christian and Ms.Bridgette. I went through the drive through ordering well trying to order my food and the lady was so rude she didn’t even let me finish my order and I catch trying to order she kept saying my price and move forward and I went inside and tried to talk to her and she started calling me names so we both started shouting at each other so unperfectional Do not order there she touches everyone’s food. Very disrespectful she wouldn’t even give me the corporate number at all to file a complaint.

This place is trash and customer service from the “Team Lead” was TRASH was down the road from my house and they gave me a cold burnt pizza and cold cheese puff which were not even cheese they were pepperoni which I do not eat. The food had to be sitting there for at least 30 minutes was not fresh what so ever straight GARAGE. Team lead said there was nothing he personally do because the GM is the one who handles returns and is he laughed about the situation. He was very unprofessional and definitely does not know how to take care of customers.

I knew better! I go in to order a thin crust beef pizza and Garlic Parmesean wings. The lady tells me 15 to 20 mins. Ok cool! I’m just chilling till I see her go in the warmer to get the wings and sprinkle them wiith parmesean I guess. I immediately tell her that I want fresh wings and she tells me that those are fresh. She said it will be 15 mins and I said ok. I get my food and open the wing container and was stunned. These were under developed wings from a chicken that they should’ve let grow to maturity. Of course I said something. I showed her a wing that was actually half a wing. She said that’s how their wings come. $8 for the smallest wings ever. Never again. On top of that she ran out of cheese and peppers. But… I knew better!
