Tonight, the crew provided excellent service whilst being flat out doing orders and making food. The shift manager cooper lipscombe is an incredible person, and should be praised to the highest appraisal in the McDonalds Corporate Business. Please hire someone to replace staff from yesterday about 4pm ordered nuggets meal with frozen coke.( I did want a milkshake but wasnt available) and a bottle of water
Got to window was given a lecture by an older assistant about i shouldnt be given a water because management doesnt like it. She then proceeded to hand over a cup of water. Like no I would like a BOTTLE of water. She fussed carried on and went to get me a bottle said I d have to pay which frankly I thought I had but then decided to give it to me. So I got it for free and she made sure I knew. She then gave me a frozen cup of coke no straw so I asked for one. Its drive thru. I am driving. I then get a lecture about new sippy cups and management dont want straws given out with sippy cups. Ffs i am an adult A SIPPY CUP. AGAIN I AM DRIVING. Apparently your expected to drive while trying to tip up a small enclosed sippy cup waiting for ice to slide down. No i would like a straw please. Oooh she was not happy with that. She went to hand me my nuggets with sweet and sour which I hate and said no I wanted bbq. So she then vent on about changing my mind I said no I wanted bbq. So that followed with a cry about the boy who took my order not bothering to read back my order and that I should have double checked everything before she handed or literally tossed bag at me. Do better please

After a very pleasant day out and about in Portland we decided we were too tired for anything other than a quick Maccas drive thru dinner. Lots of cars queued up at 8pm, but we were happy to wait. We finally got to order. When we pulled around the bend we could see two girls ahead inside the first window talking. By the time we got to the first window they were both gone. The window was unattended.
Figuring we could pay at the next window, we pulled to the next window, whereupon the rudest young woman demanded we pull around and queue up again to pay for our meal. When we asked if we could just pay it at this window (as we didn’t want to eat cold food) she spoke to us like we were the dumbest idiots in the world and retorted that she had no cash at this window. We didn’t want to pay with cash…we had our card ready. But no… her rudeness continued. She declared that the other girl told her that we drove right past her – a lie, as she was definitely not at the window. So we drove off and we won’t be back.
If this Is the standard of customer service one gets in Portland, it’s no wonder the town has always failed to the be the tourist Mecca it could so easily be.
If only we could remember her name.

I ordered through uber and recieveived cold food. Therefore asked for a refund or hot food, when found the driver sitting at the end of my driveway 20 mine, later I approached him ,he got out of his car, I felt intimidated. Still to this day ,no burger. No smoothie. No money back. But the police are looking into it. And mc Donalds still aren’t doing anything about it.

Got to the first speaker had someone say something but it was really Muffled all I heard out of the conversation was drive next speaker. I went to drive forward then someone else piped up and said what can I get you? So I stayed there and ordered my meal for my family to which then he replied with ‘size’ and ‘yeah what one do you want’ no customer service Skills whatsoever I was absolutely shocked at the way he spoke. Nothing much better by the time we got our food handed to us either the people that gave us our food were so rude. I’m not really sure who’s running the show there but they really need to step up their game with customer service skills and politeness. This isn’t the first time that we’ve had an encounter like this and unfortunately it’s not getting any better.

Placed order at 10:30 on our way to McDonald’s (live 5mins away), went through drive through and they finally took our order at 10:50. I am writing this review in the drive through line as we are expecting to wait 30mins to pick up food. This is supposed to be a fast food restaurant but based on previous reviews, you can never seem to have speedy service. There were no cars in the drive through before us, it just seems like no one wanted to take our order. If you ran out of food then you should inform your customers about the long wait times, I do not want to spend my night waiting in a maccas drive through. I’m only coming here because I need fast food and fast service. Work on this

Opening hours on web page says open until 12pm on Sunday. Ordered a meal at 1050pm just got our meal at 11 and was told in the rudest way possible by the young staff member who started yelling at everybody to get out. As I left i told the girl she needed to learn some manners and her reply was I should order my meal before 11 o’clock.

Dasher waited at store 15 mins waiting on 1 large big mc meal & 1 big mc & chock shake. Burgers cold and slapped together old burgers& a half of a thickshake. Paid express delivery, tipped the dasher for there efforts. Mc donalds supplied below standard fast food. That was old,cold& molested.

Worst maccas i think i have ever been to can never get all the order , slacking on drink amounts plus not even doing breakfast items till 11:30 like advertised because its “dodgy” workers words when i asked . Bit ridiculous. Food is being slapped together after waiting 15 mins for it!!
