The customer service is just as bad. When you point out a mistake, you’re met with eye rolls, sighs, or the unmistakable vibe that you’re the inconvenience for wanting the food you actually paid for. No apologies, no urgency, and definitely no effort to fix things properly.
Fast food is supposed to be quick and easy, but this place turns it into a frustrating ordeal. If you enjoy wasting time, money, and patience, this might be the spot for you. Otherwise, do yourself a favor and eat literally anywhere else.
When I placed my order, I requested the sausage and egg, and bacon and egg biscuits, but due to a miscommunication, I received croissants instead. Before I even pulled up to the window, I noticed her roll her eyes and clearly show frustration about having to serve me. When I calmly explained the mix-up, she argued that I hadn’t asked for biscuits and handled the situation unprofessionally.
I understand working in fast food can be stressful, but there’s still a basic standard of professionalism and courtesy that customers should be met with. When I politely addressed her attitude, she denied being rude and continued to act disrespectfully. Rather than escalate the situation, I told her I’d just take the sandwiches as they were and wished her a better day.
I sincerely hope that in the future she’s able to approach interactions with a bit more kindness and patience, as those qualities go a long way—not just in the workplace, but in life.
