This PARTICULAR Starbucks loca VERY MUCH depends on the day and WHO IS MANAGEMENT for the shift. Some days it’s smooth, drinks are right, you’re in and out, no complaints. Other days it’s chaos, long waits, wrong orders, and everyone looks like they’re questioning their life choices. Not the worst Starbucks by any means, but definitely not one I’d go out of my way for. I’ll stop if it’s close and I need caffeine to function. Feels like a very honest 2.8 stars.

Gives a new meaning to fast food. Starbucks has just gone so far down hill, the local gas station has better quality these days. The photo is just one of the lovely breakfast sandwiches I purchased, they couldn’t even make sure it was properly wrapped. Oh well.

Confused as to why they would tell me protein cold foam comes premade and only in one flavor; then both drinks were wrong. I didn’t complain. I don’t know why they ask for tip though when each person I interacted with on top of that was unfriendly and like they didn’t want to work there, so don’t?

When ordering two iced drinks, one came hot with the label saying “iced” on the cup. I went back to the Starbucks I ordered through to get the right drink and the lady at the counter told me I had to “dispute this problem with uber”. First of all, uber wasn’t the company I ordered through, I ordered through the Starbucks app. Second of all, they were the ones that made the drink and sent it to the DoorDash driver, so it doesn’t even involve DoorDash whatsoever. Normally, other Starbucks would give a refund or make something for free, but they made the drink, complaining about it the whole time. Never ordering from this Starbucks again.

This is a new & one of the biggest Starbucks locations I have visited. My App (online) order was accurate plus ready for pickup. There are WIRELESS charging stations all over this location (a bonus). The Outside eating area has its own space at the east side of the store. Plenty of seating and parking. Love this location.

Your standard fare Starbucks. I like the store layout. Nothing too exciting to report here. All depends on the barista time of day, mood etc. overall ok experience they got my drink right and the bathroom was clean. Oh yes, their outside seating area is quite nice. Enjoy your visit.

I just went through the drive-through at the Starbucks on Finley and Butterfield. The barista Rachel was very kind and cheerful! I love coming to this particular store she always makes my coffee perfectly!!
Sidenote, to fellow customers …. As you await your cup of Joe ☕️please remember…baristas are people too!! They were there for us during the pandemic, when EVERYONE else was closed! That alone should remind us to be especially kind to the Starbucks, workers. Thank you for reading!
