We had a wonderful experience at this restaurant. The food was great, the service was prompt, and the entertainment added a fun touch to the evening. The ambiance was elegant and inviting, and the bar selection was excellent.
We ordered the ceviche, which was fantastic—full of flavor, mildly spicy, and very fresh. The Caesar salad, however, was just okay; the greens were fresh but the dressing tasted more like mayonnaise than a traditional Caesar. The chips and salsa were also fresh, and the salsa had a nice kick while still being delicious.
Overall, a great place to dine with excellent food and a beautiful atmosphere. We’d definitely return!

Excellent upscale Mexican food! Absolutely gorgeous inside and well layed out. Service had perfect timing, not rushed and very friendly but not overdone. Food was some of the best I’ve had anywhere. We had a small group and noise level was good for conversation. Would make a great date spot to impress. Definitely will go back and highly recommend if you haven’t been there before.

Hello, I wanted to share some feedback about my recent visit. Overall, the atmosphere was enjoyable and the music was great. The staff at the front was very friendly, and the chips with salsa were delicious, the salsa had a perfect flavor.
However, I did feel uncomfortable with the service at the bar. The young bartender spoke to me in a rude manner when she told me I couldn’t stand near the server’s area, even though I was simply trying to ask about ordering drinks. It made the experience feel unwelcoming.
As for the food, it wasn’t bad, but I was expecting more. The steak and chicken fajitas were overcooked, which was disappointing.
I also found the lounge area a bit awkward. Since it’s located right in front of the bar with no TV and people constantly walking by, it didn’t feel like a comfortable place to relax.
I’m sharing this in hopes that it helps improve the experience for future customers, as your restaurant has a lot of potential.
Also, Fridays they have Live Music, so be prepare for the waiting list 45 min to 1 hour.

Valle has quickly become my favorite spot. I’ve been dining here once or twice a week since they opened. The atmosphere is incredible and the interior is beautifully designed. You can tell a lot of thought went into every detail.
My go-to dishes are the salmon with chipotle sauce and the seafood pasta. A friend was observing a religious holiday and ordered the mushroom enchiladas. Our server swapped out the sides to make sure the whole meal was vegetarian. I thought that was very thoughtful.
The cocktails are very well balanced and photo worthy. I also appreciate the live music. Welcome to the neighborhood, Valle!

First time dining at this restaurant and I had a great experience. My party and I were seated immediately and were greeted by our server who promptly provided drinks and entre. We got the taquitos with guacamole and they were delicious, guac flavor was perfect! For my main dish I got the ranchera encebollada which tastes great, similar to fajitas. They came with a side of rice and beans which were equally good. The ambience was great with low lighting and nice music playing. Overall I highly recommend and look forward to returning.

Food was excellent. The prices are quite low given how nice of an area the restaurant is in and also the beautiful ambiance. Most entrées were right around $25. They had very creative twists on Mexican dishes and a wide range of alcohol. Some will complain that they are understaffed given how many guests they have, but this is a place where you can take your time and enjoy your company. On certain nights, they have a small live music group. It gives Latin-American influenced jazz club vibes.

Awsome bar! Food, nothing to remember. Mediocre flavor, overpriced. Parties of 6 or more: 18% gratuity added. Save some money and walk up to the bar and pay there. At an average of $16 per drink you don’t want to pay 18% for alcohol! We sat at the bar before being seated for dinner and the bar staff is top notch! They walk you trough their menu, conversate with you as they make your drink and suggest drinks bassed on your likes. Atmosphere was 5 out of 5. Live music around 7pm the night we were there. Not too loud which is great. You can still have a conversation with your party without shouting. I’ll be back to the bar, not food. Save your money and get dinner somewhere else, come for great drinks and cool vibes.

Visited with wife on a Wednesday night, place is nicely decorated with a modern look, server Jorge provided friendly and pleasant service.
Bar drinks nicely garnished but on the weak side.
Bistro Ala Mexicana and pollo con hongos were both great, rice and beans tasted good (beans cooked with lard) we come back for sure and recommend for all your dining needs.
