The food was just okay once again. Underseasoned and inconsistent. The huge and crazy hot dog was good but it’s hard to have bland nacho cheese and hot dogs. The pizza was like school sheet pizza with less salt. Bring a salt shaker.
The bright spot of this place was Chris. He was watching everyone, making sure they had what they needed and just overall great. He’s killing it and made the mediocre experience better.
A ride does go through the upper level of the restaurant every few minutes making it a little loud.

We were therefor the breakfast with the Grinch. It was always wonderful experience but if you are diabetic watch out. Their key food is ALL sugar. The Grinch was out of this world! We would go again but will watch for more savory items to eat. He even did selfie as you can see!

This is a place to cool down and get drinks or fast food. BUT you need to order the food using the Universal App and it will be delivered to your table. It can take a while so know that in advance.
The atmosphere is genuinely that much f a circus tent (Awesome) and a great place to escape the heat

Circus McGurkus Café in Universal Orlando is such a fun spot! The atmosphere is incredible with all the Dr. Seuss decorations—it really feels like stepping into the books. For theme park dining, the food blew me away. Everything came out quickly, and I loved the creative Dr. Seuss–inspired menu items. I ordered the poke bowl, and both the presentation and taste were amazing.
I was visiting with a friend and her two kids, and even her picky eater loved the food, which says a lot! Between the playful theming, great service, and surprisingly delicious food, this is definitely one of the best places to eat in the park. I’ll absolutely be coming back on my next visit!

What an absolutely great customer service experience and food was awesome! Very filling and I was so happy with the sweet lady who gave me my drink and saw me taking a picture then took it back because she wanted it to be even more picture perfect! I thought the first one looked awesome but it was so kind of her to take the time and try to perfect it all! Thank you for a great time back ❤️

Horrible experience today. Universal’s own food gift cards don’t work with mobile ordering and there was a 15 minute wait to order in-person. Had to get out of line to get a table number to order and then get back at the end of the line. No warning about the need to do this. Asked cashier how my table would be guaranteed empty by the time I was finished ordering and she got an attitude “you’re supposed to order through the app”. Explained how Universal makes those using their gift cards to order in person. They had no “reserved” signs like some other restaurants have. Easy solution. Cashier then pointed to a non-wheelchair-accessible table and asked if that worked. Obviously not. When my food eventually arrived the employee left too quickly for me to ask why I hadn’t been given cutlery. It’s cheesecake. Had to wheel around the entire restaurant and only employee to be found was a busser…who did get me a set of cutlery. Doubt there is even management on site to report this to. Employees don’t act like there is anyone overseeing quality control and professionalism. Food was delicious and it’s my favorite place for ambiance but I wouldn’t mind the place shutting down due to extremely poor service.

They get a 5 star for recovery.
We got there about a half an hour before it closed. We ran in there frantic like hoping it wasnt closed. We were told that it was order from your table with the app (how annoying!). Poor host lady. We didnt mean to give her a hard time about it, we apologized and understood is was her job to tell ppl this. Paid by card and not at the table.
When we got our food one of the beast things has something missing, so i asked for some fried to replace it. They obliged!!
The food was delightfully themed and pretty good! They give you a decent amount of tuna on the poke, my daughter enjoyed the meatball cone thing, and the chocolate cheese cake (green eggs n ham) was rich. The burger was quite tasty too. I highly recommend coming here for a 1st time. Very sweet place. The service was great!!
I wish i remembered her name. The cashier from one of the boroughs in NYC. Had a name no one said correctly but me! LOVED HER. SHE’S AWESOME!! She was an absolute STAR with her recommendations.

Did the Grinch breakfast, meet the characters. The waiter, Don, was awesome! Chef Richard was able to accommodate any allergy concerns. The atmosphere was great! Great menu and very organized.

My kids and I love Dr. Seuss, so we decided to give this restaurant a try. They really enjoyed the chicken fingers, but my adult meal left a lot to be desired. I had the garlic bread cone with meatballs, and honestly, it tasted a bit bland. The atmosphere was cute, and we liked that they had the nice soda machines with unlimited refills, so we stayed for a while. I probably won’t be back, unless it’s just for a quick soda pitstop.

I’m not sure i have words.
The food wasn’t terrible, except the popcorn shrimp.
If the ride that goes through there is down, you have to sit and listen to the announcement over and over.
It’s a cute idea and a great place to cool down
