I would give zero stars if I could. You’re better off going to any other Pizza Hut or making it yourself. I don’t know what’s going on in that kitchen but it sure isn’t good. My family ordered the bundle that includes two mediums, wings, etc. Both pizzas were completely wrong. We were missing 2 wings from the 8 piece which also had a SQUIRT of sauce. I’d have more respect if they would have just called back and said they were out of what we ordered but they couldn’t even do that. Instead, we had completely wrong pizzas, mind you, with NO CUSTOMIZATIONS whatsoever. It feels like they saved my number and continue to mess up my order out of spite even though I seldomly get Pizza Hut. I give the benefit of the doubt every time and every time it’s wrong. I don’t care about free food, or free points or whatever, it’s just so rude they can’t even call people if they’re out of something like TOMATOES. I spoke to the GM already, hoping to find out why I spent almost 40 dollars on wrong food but was told they were just “out”. That’s fine, that’s my cue to not come here anymore and neither should you! It’ll be wrong everytime.

Amazing and clean location! Love the Remodel, best looking store in corpus for sure. The GM at this location is very professional and gets the job done whenever a mistake is made. Give them a try before you read a bad review. Trust.

Arrived at 1115am so restaurant had just opened. Walked in with my party and there was a gentlemen standing a few feet behind the register. No greeting… as we looked at the menu board to place our order, he disappeared behind the partition to take a call. Another young lady walked by without acknowledging us and then got on her phone. Waited a few minutes and decided to go down the road. This is not the only pizza place in town. By the way, we were the only ones there and there was no one in the drive thru.

Food is great. Very rude person on the counter Angela I think was her name. Terrible experience almost every time we come. In the past we’ve been charged/added tips on our orders and after confronting they never refunded us. Terrible! Do better please! Angela should not be up front.big girl with braids

30 min waiting on the drive thru line. Too bad once you are block in you cannot back up. They can be do better nut they won’t. Specially when I paying over $100 worth of food. Bad service all together

This was an amazing dine in experience. Everyone was amazing and fabulous. Eduardo Debbie and Michelle were awesome and very gracious. Everyone was helpful and smiling. Food was hot and delicious.
