This was the best dining experience I have had. Hands down the most incredible vegan food I have had in my 11 years of being plant based. The service was absolutely wonderful. Big shout out to our server Juan with his excellent recommendations and attentive nature. He elevated our dinner by bringing my fiancé and I the most delicious mocktail and off menu entrées. I can’t wait to go again. The staff checked on us throughout the night and made sure to make us feel taken care of.

As someone who’s been vegan for 6 years, this was my first ever vegan buffet, and Crossroads completely exceeded expectations. The food was outstanding from start to finish, incredible savory breakfast options, amazing sweets, fresh salads, fruit selections, and desserts that honestly made it impossible to choose just one.

Everything tasted intentional, flavorful, and elevated. The atmosphere was great, the staff was welcoming, and you could tell real care goes into both the food and the experience.

I literally traveled to Vegas just to eat here, and it was 100% worth it. Places like this remind me why I stay committed to the lifestyle.

Came here as 2 meat eaters, 1 vegetarian and 1 vegan. All the dishes were good with 1 of them being incredible. Our waiter Will was prompt, friendly and attentative. The spicy Parmesan chicken special was the highlight of the night. Prices were about as expected giving the ambience, level of service and quality of food.

We really enjoyed our meal at Crossroads! We were celebrating an anniversary and were brought complimentary champagne – very kind of the staff! All of the food was very good, but our favorite was the Parsnips with Espresso Foam. Nice for a fully vegan fancy date night.

By far the best meal I’ve ever had. Juan was managing our table – absolutely stellar service, can’t sing high enough praises about how he took care of us.

For reference. I’ve been Vegan and vegetarian for over 20 years. Every couple of years I’ve had fine dining experiences in NYC, LA, Honolulu, Seattle, Portland, and a Michelin star restaurant in India.

Crossroads was hands down the best dining experience I’ve had in my life.

Food first: We had the King Oyster Crudo, Eggplant Fillet, Fettuccine & Truffles, and Scallopini Parmesan. Juan also brought us complimentary mocktails that had a perfect subtle balance of sweet and fruit flavors to celebrate engagement. We ended the night with Espresso Affogato and a Mango sorbet. The Crudo had an amazing balance of flavors and textures – I’ve never had anything like this. The eggplant was marinated perfectly all the way through and cooked to a soft/firm texture I didn’t know was possible. The Fettuccine – what to say, amazing house cooked noodles in a creamy truffle butter and big pieces of truffles in every bite. Indescribable. Juan recommended the off menu version of the Scollopini Parmesan – it hit the way no other vegan Parmesan has ever done for me. The housemade ice cream and espresso was pretty mind blowing – it had a really creamy full texture that you just don’t get elsewhere. The sorbet was just the fruit on top of a beyond perfect meal. Again, the best sorbet I’ve ever had.

Service: from the moment we walked up to be seated, until the moment we left – everyone was incredibly helpful and kind. There was a perfect balance of helpful without being overbearing. Juan immediately congratulated us on our engagement and got us complimentary celebration drinks. He was extremely helpful with recommendations and describing what he likes about each dish. The Manager and General Manager both stopped by, congratulated us, and were extremely helpful. At no point did the service feel like it was “too much” or like we needed to track someone down. Everyone was super easy to talk with.

Atmosphere – from inside the hotel Crossroads has a commanding, but not overbearing presence. They do an excellent job of making the space feel completely its own, from decor, lighting, it’s hard to remember that you’re in a casino. Instead it feels exactly like the high end fine dining experience that’s almost indescribable. It was reasonably dark with just the perfect amount of lighting at our table to feel like we were almost in our own bubble.

Most importantly – my fiancé was so excited with our experience. Definitely the best possible Restaurant for our engagement – that just so happens to also be Vegan.

Thank you Crossroads!

Surprisingly good!!!
I am a meat eater and came here for my vegetarian wife expecting to leave hungry and eat something somewhere else after.
I came here for the happy hour and fed three people for $110, which, considering the high end decor and resort overall, was surprisingly cheap.

The cigar dish was like a lumpia and tasted like a normal meat one! Very good.

The Italian sausage was like a meatloaf, and it wasn’t bad, but it did have the cardboard taste that some imitation meat has.

The cacio e pepe was surprisingly good and tasted like real cheese. The black pepper flavor was prominent.

The lion mane steak was weird in a good way! It resembled a steak in many ways, and it was delicious with the roasted garlic! The fried layered potatoes served with it was also amazing!

The zucchini blossom was honestly forgettable.

The fried calamari was good the first few bites, but make sure to eat them quickly because they get sad when they get soggy.

Service was fast and friendly.
Prices were reasonable for a resort restaurant.

If you have any vegetarian/vegan friends, I highly recommend you bring them here!
This is probably one of the few fully vegan places that I actually enjoyed.

We had a stay at conrad and this was the closest and quickest place to go before we head out, and it turned out to be such an amazing place for vegetarians like us! Everything is plant based and so delicious. Had the most popular zucchini blossoms and fusilli pesto pasta with roasted pine nuts Both were fab! Food was overall amazing. But didn’t like the vibe of the place. It was dull and boring even on a weekend in vegas. Good for a private date night though! Staff was busy somewhere and we waited for wuite a while to get our order despite the empty place. It was on the expensive side with the 3 small pieces they served!

I swipe left on vegans, and only have a tiny set of close friends in this tribe. When one of my greatest friends reached out to help plan her birthday, a vegan, I made it a point to commit to feasting at her favorite spot in town, Cross Roads Kitchen ( @crossroadskitchen ) at Resorts World. When I first looked at the menu, I misread the section on proteins. I thought they had a steak for me. My friend and the host almost fell over laughing when they looked at me, exclaiming everything is plant based.

It’s her birthday I exclaimed, let’s go‼️

No b.s. I eat meat at every meal, but this spot was absolutely incredible. The service impeccable, perfect robust flavors, great drink selection, and it made this carnivore beyond satisfied. I have to scream this too! The King Oyster Mushroom Crudo [ Meyer lemon / Fresno chili / scallion mignonette/ kelp caviar ] was death row quality, I could have ordered at least three of them alone. A table sat across from us that came in not knowing the entire menu was plant based too. I overheard their story, and went over to them to let them know to not skip out on that dish!

Meeting the head chef and an also owner who taught us all about the spot, their creative rotating menu, and more was a blessing. My only critique I told them… I wish they had a location in Summerlin. One can dream. I know they have the community for it here too.

We had a great meal! We ordered the cucumber fizz mocktail, Caesar salad, lasagna bolognese, lions mane steak, and brownie sundae. The Caesar salad and lions mane steak were the standouts for me and my friend also loved the lasagna. Our server, Liz, was amazing! I’ll definitely be back!

It was oddly dark. I’m sure they were going for moody ambiance but I literally had to shine the table light in my food to see the details. The food was impressive. We got the lion’s mane steak and linguine scallops. We enjoyed the linguine more as it retained its flavors throughout the meal. The sauce was delicious. As for the steak, you have to eat it while it’s hot, otherwise you’ll lose the smoky smell and resemblance to steak. If it gets to room temp, it tastes like mushroom. Not a bad thing, per se, but the intention of the dishes is no longer there.
The brownie sundae was a great finishing note to out dinner. Highly recommended to experience the vegan made dessert.
