I’ve had my eye on this place ever since I started working near by. Finally had a chance to try it. So I ordered the Philly works Chessesteak with a order of fries and gravy and hot peppers. Now for me, the Chessesteak is good. But the hot peppers and adding hot sauce made it better in my opinion. The fries and gravy were good. If you never had brown gravy over fries before, I suggest you try it at least once. But to me, the fries were great all by themselves. And I highly recommend that you check out the menu online before coming, they have a lot to choose from. Between burgers, Chessesteaks, hoagies, and a lot of sides to pick from. I want to come back and try something else while I’m still in the neighborhood. Who knows I might be back by the end of the week.

My family ate here for the first time today. Was a little worried about some of the bad reviews but food and service were great! We had the works with no mayo, fries and gravy, the Philly style, disco fries, and a chicken tender basket. Everything was delicious, but the Phillies are definitely the best! Would definitely recommend.

I came today all the way from San Antonio to try it cuz one of my friend recommended and the service from the cashier was amazing she give me good tips for my order appreciate that so much cuz she was very kind. I order the #4 cuz I like spicy sandwiches But my sandwich was not as good. The bread was cold like no toasted at all, too many onions on it and the meat like overcooked, the cheese was not even melted. I tried the egg rolls and The cheese fries and those were pretty good. the service was really good but my sandwich wasn’t .

Their service is really terrible, which is a shame because I’ve been eating at their locations for years. We called in an order for a number one with BELL peppers for my child. Instead it had about a cup of jalapeños. He could not eat it. I called to get a refund on that sandwich and the woman argued with me for about 5 minutes until I finally hung up. On top of that the fries were over-fried with not one speck of salt. Threw the whole meal out. Super disappointed

I’ve been eating at Pappa Geno’s Steak & Cheese since the first location on W. 18th. The only thing that I’ve noticed that’s changed is the size of the cheesesteaks. They still taste great! Hands down my favorite cheesesteak spot.
I like this new location. It’s big and clean and well taken care of. I really like the fact that it’s closer to my house. The bathrooms are clean and even smell good.
You can’t go wrong with the #1 or the Chicken Philly. The #1 will always be my favorite, but the Chicken Philly is fire too. The French fries are my favorite type of fries. I would’ve liked them to be a little crispier than they were.

Check on your business!! Employee gave me a sandwich with massive amounts of mayo and had an attitude for whatever reason. I’ve been a customer since they were off of i10 by Lowe’s so this was surprising. I requested a refund and didn’t even make a fuss. Normally they have pretty good sandwiches, Management check on your product. Ordered Feb 1st around 4:15 pm

I showed up, no other customers there, ordered, girl at the front was nice, got the disco fries which were so bad i could barely finish 1/4 of them. The fries themselves seem half decent but i feel like you need to make them extra crispy when adding cheese/gravy, and the cheese/gravy tasted really bad. I also got the #1 cheese steak, the bun was pretty decent, but the meat tasted like it was only season with WAYYYYY too much pepper. I couldn’t even taste the cheese/onions with how much pepper was used, i only finished it because i was absolutely starving, got a sprite too which also tasted off. $20 for horrible food
