We enjoyed a nice dinner on Halloween. Some festive staff greeted and promptly showed us our window table for two. Oysters followed by halibut and apple tart to finish. New additions to the menu with the new chef from Tardiff’s. We will return
Another great visit in January for oysters

We celebrated our anniversary here last month so we decided to try their brunch today. The hostess remembered us from before which was nice. Service was great as it was before! I love the Guava Gimlet! My wife had a Sidecar and it was delicious too! We shared The Tomato as an appetizer which was flavorful. I had the mussels and my wife had the chicken skewers and we truly enjoyed our meal and the service. We’ve found a gem here in Boerne and the view of the creek is very peaceful.

Excellent restaurant in the quaint town of Boerne, Texas. The food, service, and ambiance were all top-notch! Our hostess and waiter (Antonio, I believe) were both so friendly, polite, and kind. The food was delicious and freshly made from high-quality ingredients. What more could you ask for?

Sorry I didn’t get shots of the food, but here are a few of the beautiful view from the dining porch (plenty of air-conditioned seating inside if you prefer). We’ll be back, and next time, I’m saving room for desert!

Having eaten at the Creek several times in the past several years and always very impressed with the quality of the food and service I was very disappointed yesterday. Our server was EXCELLENTbut we waited over an hour for our food. The food quality is not as I remembered. I had the snapper that was listed on menu as a chef recommended item. It was in a nice sauce and the shrimp was delicious, but the fish smelled and tasted old Appetizers and salads were good. My friends also were somewhat disappointed particularly those who ordered fish dishes.
I also found it surprising that on a Friday night in prime time—7 pm— that the restaurant was nearly empty.

A hidden gem that deserves to be visited over and over again! Our experience was absolutely wonderful from the moment we arrived.

We went to celebrate my birthday, and I was so touched by the surprise — they brought out a slice of cake with candles and sang Happy Birthday to me! It was such a thoughtful gesture that made the day even more special.

Our server, Obed, was outstanding — friendly, professional, and incredibly attentive. His service truly made a difference. And the bartender? Just wow! He made us a carajillo right at our table with a fiery show that was both delicious and impressive.

We went on a Sunday for the brunch buffet and were blown away. Everything was fresh, beautifully presented, and full of flavor. Chef Josue Padilla (Josh) even came out to greet the guests — such a thoughtful touch that shows how much he cares. His recipes are simply exquisite.

The prime rib was cooked to perfection — juicy and well-seasoned. The made-to-order Florentine crepes were soft, flavorful, and absolutely delicious. And the desserts? Out of this world! From the flan with Licor 43 to the homemade lemon cheesecakes, everything tasted like it was made with love.

The patio has such a charming and cozy vibe — it reminded us of grandma’s backyard, the kind of place where you just want to sit and spend the afternoon.

The only downside is that they close at 3 p.m. on Sundays, but we’ll definitely be back on a day when they’re open later. Can’t wait to return!

Shout out to our server Gerardo! He never failed on checking our food and drinks. He was genuinely happy to serve and added to the lovely atmosphere. Perfect night to be outside with my friend! A reunion with yummy appetizers. We had the Brie and crab cakes and Paloma’s to catch up. The nature outside felt like we were home having a nice dinner, great company, great restaurant. The restroom was clean, free parking!

The Creek Restaurant has always been a wonderful place to eat and we will continue to patronize them when we are in town. Unfortunately, their pre fixe menu for New Year’s Eve was off the mark. We were in a 7 pm seating, and perhaps they were running out energy or quality in the kitchen and earlier diner’s experiences was better. In light of the price, we anticipated a very special meal given our past experience at The Creek. Some descriptions on the menu were not really fulfilled by the food served. The plating of the main entrees was disappointing and uninspired, unlike the presentation that they usually achieve. Maybe it was because it was later in the serving cycle. There were other disappointments. I don’t want to dwell on this anymore with additional details, but hope this was an isolated situation and once back to to the regular menu they will also return to the level of excellence we have come to expect and enjoy. Believing that to be the case, we’ll be back next time we are in Boerne and give them a chance to redeem their reputation.

✨ Brunch Bliss at The Creek! Been wanting to try this popular place for a couple of years and today we finally had our very first visit to The Creek Restaurant in Boerne for brunch—and it was nothing short of enchanting.

Nestled beside the serene Cibolo Creek, the setting alone felt like something out of a storybook. The restaurant is housed in a beautifully preserved building that’s over 200 years old, and part of it was once a church. You can feel the character and peaceful energy in every corner. We wanted to dine outside on the deck, where the sound of the water created the dreamiest backdrop—but it was a bit too windy, so we cozied up inside by a window instead. It was perfect in its own way—warm, inviting, and still filled with charm. ️

The food? Absolutely delicious. Every bite was thoughtfully prepared and full of flavor—clearly made with love and care. From start to finish, the service was warm and welcoming, making us feel like treasured guests. We left feeling full, happy, and already talking about when we’ll come back. If you’re ever in Boerne, don’t miss this hidden gem. ✨

Beautiful place. Came here to celebrate our 5 year Anniversary. We enjoyed the place a lot. The food was awesome and not over-served. The chefs definitely have some skills. Our table attendant was awesome and made our experience memorable. The sight was relaxing, with the river about 30 yards away. They also have a Koi fish pond that’s very nice. I recommend this restaurant for any celebration or just if your in the mood for a fancy dinner.

Service was impeccable. Beet salad was very fresh with all ingredients in the right proportions. Avacado toast was delicious and the bacon was crispy as I like it. Petite filet waz very tender and well cooked. The flan with Licor 43 and espresso was unique and delicious.
