Came in waiting for someone to take my order for 5 minutes. Made eye contact with the 3 girls behind the counter multiple times & they just glanced & proceeded to work. I noticed there was a self order screen & thought ‘oh I’m dumb’ (not from here). Eating my food someone else came in & the lady walked right up & took his order ?? seems they were discriminating. Very poor customer service.. won’t be back!

It’s in the same parking lot as India Bazaar. This location seems to be newly build and is very well lit, top notch and squeaky clean compared to other locations. Service is 10/10 and food is consistent with Jack in the Box standards.

Came at 1:50am on 10/28/25 I asked for 3 ranches with my order the manager Juana told me only one came with my nuggets and she said I needed to pay 00.54$ for 2 more ranches and very rudely said do i want or no and than closed the window as I was speaking as she prepared my order I gathered my change and gave it to her as she handed me my bag and she said in Spanish “ay dios mio” which means “oh my god” in Spanish will be reaching out to the general manager about this would give no stars if I could she clearly hates her job

Every time I come here there’s an issue. Whether it be my food made incorrectly or it be the terrible attitude from the employees. It really seems like no one cares about their job or giving good service. Only time I ever get good service is late at night, but even then my food doesn’t come correct. Today I ordered a teriyaki bowl, but it came with no teriyaki sauce, just plain white rice and chicken thrown on top. Not to mention I asked for teriyaki on the side because this ALWAYS happens, but I wasn’t given any. Instead of I was given soy sauce that I didn’t ask for. When I try to call the store to get it fixed, the number says it is out of service.
At my last straw and I’m done coming to this location. I am a regular customer there multiple times a week and I’ve not once been completely satisfied with the service. If I could give -5 stars I would.

I’m a late night Uber driver, and when I’m done with my runs, I just want some quick food before I get home, and this used to be one of my favorite stops. Now, they are closed before midnight, even though all the signage insists this is a 24 hr location. Maybe they think that means 24hr/wk? Lol. That’s okay. I’ll just take my money elsewhere.

Stopped here for some breakfast not only was the heavy set lady rude she didn’t know how to listen kept interrupting me as I was trying to order food didn’t get my order right left things out then she closes the pick up window on me while I was trying to answer her question.if ppl don’t want to work in the fast food business they shouldn’t be allowed to it makes the businesses look bad.very upsetting and aggravating to have to deal with someone like that so early in the morning! This location needs to do better!! And the food wasn’t even hot .
