The pizza is okay. I got the chicken tender sandwich that only had a single small tender and a handful of fries at best. The wings are good and the tenders are good, but the portions are a little small.

My office just moved to the area so trying to see what quick lunch bites are in the area. A friend and I decided to try this yesterday and we were a little confused trying to find the place and knowing if it was the the right place once we got there. When you walk in it is also a convenience store and there’s no sign for Lucci’s until you get around one of the counters. We ordered the same two items and grabbed some drinks from the cases. Our total came to 21.89, not bad. We get our food and the salad and pizza were good. Was it best pizza I’ve had, no, but it was still good. The two people working were nice and made sure we were taken care of. My friend and I decided we would go back again.

Ordered large salads, at $8.99 I’d expect to atleast be getting a decent sized salad. Instead I got a good sized container that was pretty well empty. I also ordered chicken tenders and loaded fries, both fried products tasted like they had been cooked in week old oil. The positive though, it appeared that they use real bacon on the fries compared to the fake bacon most places use. The chicken tenders were also free of any grizzle/ fat which was a huge plus. I’m unsure on returning just because these few issues are a huge let down.

I work across the street from Luccis. I’ve eaten lunch there almost daily for the past 4 years. Not once have I had a bad meal. The owners and staff are awesome! Always ask about how my day is going.

He pays extra for the good pepperoni…the little ones that curl up and collect grease…nom nom nom!

The woman working there reminds me of my Mom. She is with a smile and seems to care about her customers. I think this family business is putting in a big effort to serve the community fairly, with inexpensive convenience. I love their Chicken Parm subs!

This was the first time ordering from Lucci’s Pizza & Grill and we were very disappointed with almost all of our food. Our order consisted of one regular crust pepperoni pizza, one thin crust mushroom pizza, large order of mozzarella sticks and a seafood dinner.

Let’s start with the pizzas. Neither one of the pizzas had any flavor. The crust and sauce, what little there was of it, had no flavor. If it wasn’t for the cheese and toppings it would have been like eating cardboard. The mushroom pizza was ordered as a thin crust however, the crust didn’t look any different from the pepperoni pizza crust. So we are not sure if they gave us the wrong crust or our definition of thin is different from theirs. Overall we are not impressed with their pizza.

The seafood dinner was mine and consisted of batter dipped fish, breaded shrimp, breaded clam strips, mac salad (my choice), steak fries, bread, butter, cocktail sauce and a lemon wedge. I will start with the easy stuff. The shrimp and clam strips are pre-made items, which are fine with me. The clam strips were fine however, two of my shrimp were rotten. As soon as I bit down on one I immediately spit it out. I tried a second one and the same issue, I stopped the shrimp at that point. Now to the fish, I am not sure if they batter their fish in house or not, but the batter on both my pieces of fish were sour. I am assuming it is a beer battered fish due to the taste I feel it should’ve had. Its actual taste was very sour like the batter was not fresh, possibly made a day or so prior. Finally, the mac salad was extremely lacking in seasoning as in there was none. It tasted like they dressed the mac salad with just mayo. Overall not impressed with flavorless mac salad, turned seafood and/or batter.

The mozzarella sticks were also pre-made items. There are no issues at all with pre-made items, restaurants use them for quality control and ease. The sticks were probably the best part of what we ordered.

Another thing that suprises us is that they close at 8:00 pm on a Friday. By the time we got our food and discovered the issues they were closed so we were unable to contact them when we called.

Overall we would not recommend Lucci’s Pizza & Grill to anyone based on our experience tonight. Now it may have been a fluke, but having two items taste off and two pizzas having no flavor we don’t feel it is. Their other items may be good but we are not willing to take that chance based on our order tonight.
