I’m not sure what my poor little Keto heart did before I found this amazing spot! The owner is the sweetest soul, and she has the best variety of both sweet & savory Keto items.
My absolute favorites would have to be the: the empanada’s, the caramel tarts, the cinnamon crumb cake and the NY style cookies!

The cake was delicious! Customer service was terrible. I placed the order online because I was unable to get anyone to answer the phone. Picture 1 was what was advertised on the website. I requested pink icing in my order and for it to say Happy Birthday and my daughters name. She called me to take my payment and did not advise she would not be able to complete these items simply took my payment. I arrived on the day of her birthday to pick up the cake and received the cake and it literally didn’t look anything like what is advertised. Thankfully we were able to jazz it up with some candles and scraping off of the H.B. (Last picture) Do not place order here expecting what the photo shows and if you do, do not expect any customer service regarding your upset.

First time here. The cheesecake is an excellent keto version. Along with a bakery the store also carry’s a large selection of low carb prepackage option. Probably the largest selection I have seen in just one place. If you’re doing Low Carb/ Keto or just avoiding sugary/flour based foods it’s definitely worth the trip.

I tried the chocolate cake this time and it was delicious. I really love this place for the occasional Keto treat. One again I highly recommend.

Hands down absolutely one of the best cakes I have eaten that is keto and sugar free! We bought the strawberry and chocolate cake I highly recommend if you haven’t tried a keto sugar-free cake this would be the one place to try it.

What a nice surprise to stumble on this little bakery, since I’ve been on Keto for almost two years. It’s quaint and charming, and the staff is sweet! There is a little dog in the house that is absolutely adorable. It was difficult to choose among the goodies because they are all beautifully displayed and the designs/vessels are perfectly executed. My sister and I decided on the blueberry cheesecake, which was pricey at over $6 but probably enough to feel it’s shareable. It was well chilled and delicious! The blueberry flavor was prominent and the delicate vanilla(?) base was a perfect accent. I would definitely order this again.

My mother is currently on a keto diet and displeased that our local bakeries don’t sell anything that’s keto-friendly, so she was very surprised to see that there was an entire bakery that sold all keto products in St. Charles.
We stopped by on 11/21 during a shopping trip to the St. Louis metro area. We loved the Main St. shopping district as a whole and will visit the antique shops and all at a later date when we have more time.
As for the bakery, the customer service was great and the staff was very friendly. They had a good selection of product ready to purchase, along with a way to order more extensive products online on their webstore.
We purchased donuts, muffin, a cake slice, and a brookie treat and have enjoyed the food.
One complaint my mother has about keto-friendly food is the aftertaste of almond flour, which was COMPLETELY ABSENT from the almond flour-based foods we bought here. Great compliments to the bakers!
