The pizza is as expected. The issue is when we paid EXTRA for pizza sauce/marinara and received barely a tablespoon of sauce. This barely quantifies as extra sauce.

If you don’t order extra marinara, great. If you do, just make sure the cup is full before leaving the restaurant for a pick-up or validating your delivery order.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience at this Papa John’s! From the moment I walked in, the entire team was positive, welcoming, and displayed amazing hospitality. You can tell they genuinely care about their customers and take pride in what they do.

The recent remodel looks fantastic, and it’s clear that the team is excited to be back, eager to serve the community, and motivated to spread the word that they’re open and better than ever! It’s refreshing to see such enthusiasm and dedication. If you’re in the area, I highly recommend stopping by for great service and delicious pizza!

I had your pizza for dinner, I woke up with FOOD POISONING AT 2 in the morning, just THROWING MY GUTS OUT. I am never buying pizza from your store or the franchise in general ever again. I really think your restaurant should get shut down because you can’t be trusted with serving food to people. And I’ll contact the franchise first thing in the morning to let them know, because clearly you need to be monitored by them and by the health department.
I never leave bad reviews I just boycott the business if I don’t like the service, but this was an extreme measure because your food is simply not safe.

We ordered our pizza over 2 hours ago and never received it! After multiple calls and we paid for pizza we never got! Management just tried to give me a number to try and get our money back! So, never got the food, service? Scuse me? Atmosphere? They lost contact with us a couple times ? WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!

After years of loyalty, I’m done with Papa John’s. My last pre-planned order was a disaster: the delivery stalled without a word from the store, forcing me to pick it up myself. Worse, the pizzas were poorly made with almost no cheese in the middle. I tried giving them a second chance with my reward points, but the quality was just as bad. It’s the end of an era for me.

Place is absolutely disgusting. Cardboard all over the floor, when I went to grab my drink I could see food on the floor near the kitchen, it’s like the employees don’t care about the cleanliness of the “restaurant”. Speaking of the employees, they were all very rude and/or uncleanly. This short guy with long black hair kept wiping his hands on his apron instead of washing his hands, and then went to touch food. There was also a tall lanky guy with red hair that was very quiet but rude. Pizza was gross and lukewarm, I’m surprised I didn’t get food poisoning. Absolutely disgusting.

Really happy with my order tonight, my pizza was piping hot, with lots of cheese & ingredients, everything was delivered quickly & following delivery instructions. The price was better than some of the other pizza places and I got pizza that wasn’t missing cheese, meats & veggies or swimming in tons of grease(like my last awful experiences with pizza hut I had no ingredients on my pizza it was literally just dough & dominos was over an hour late was swimming in grease & had horrid customer service, So thank you PAPA JOHN’S well done, I wish the dough was a tiny bit crisper but overall I am very happy with my pizza & service tonight.
