I (Nicole) was born and raised in Olympia and became a bartender in my early 20’s. I never imagined it turning into a career choice, but I fell in love with it from minute one. 19 years later, I am finally an owner and I can’t tell you how elated I am. My mission as part owner includes: 1. Providing excellent customer service on every level. 2. Providing a space that is comfortable and safe. 3. Hosting fundraisers and events in order to give back to my community as often as possible.
Easygoing stop offering traditional pub grub, cocktails, wine & beer on tap, plus weekend breakfast.

Nicole’s is the best Brunch for Olympia every weekend. Nicole brought it back after stopping Brunch for a few months.
Great bargain for drinks and lunch, dinner, bar food options. My favorite is the Club Sandwich and Side Salad. The Side Salad is actually a salad, and not from a bag. I hate the lettuce and grated carrots for a Side Salad! Not here.
Today we had Brunch. I ordered the Veggie Omelet with English Muffin and Hollandaise Sauce. It was filled with sautéed zucchini, greens, tomatoes, and more. Topping off with their pickled red onions and home fries. It’s a meal for two!
My friend had the Eggs Benedict and said it was perfect. My other friend was not feeling like eating, but decided on the Avocado Toast on Sourdough, and ate 50% because it was so good– we all took half home for later in paper microwave friendly containers.
Yes it is a bar, no kids. But, it’s the best bar, grill, and Brunch service in town. Happy Hour is a good deal, and this is the only bar I’ve recommended for single women or LGBTQ+ for a watering hole and safe space.

We’ve driven by many times and finally made it in. Didn’t take advantage of the tap set up outside(pretty genius) but we grabbed a table immediately inside. Friendly, chill staff, like the vibe of the whole place. Good salad and the meatloaf sliders were perfectly done and super tasty. We’ll be back for a music outing!

This bar is fun! It has dive bar vibes without the gross smells LOL! It is clean and it is a great place for live music! They also seem to care about the Olympia community which is always a plus! I haven’t eaten there but I will be back!

Pretty awesome place in the heart of Olympia downtown.
Very accommodating with dietary restrictions.
Can customize most appetizers to be vegetarian, the servers are super awesome and courteous.
They have a nice private space that we ended up booking for our next visit with a larger group.
Food is awesome, drinks are great foo, I can only vouch for the mocktails though.
They don’t have a blender they say, yet they made me a nice pinacolada and won my t stars right there itself.
They customized my Mac and cheese with olives, bell peppers, onions to make it like a pasta.
They’re the best place to hang out that I’ve come across.

First time here so that we could see the Kyle and Darin Band in their 6 piece glory. We were NOT disappointed. The place is super clean and very inviting. I was floored at how good the acoustics were for the shape of the building. The drinks were pretty good too. With the amount of people that were there, we never waited more than a few minutes to get a refill. The crew behind the bar really rocked. The best thing about it was, the diversity of people there was mind blowing’ we LOVED it. All ages of folks all dancing, drinking, and having a great time. It’s how things should be everywhere.

I found this place serendipitously while biking through Oly to somewhere else. It’s a gem of a place. The service is warm and welcoming, the old fashioned was spot on perfect and the apps are delicious, although I haven’t ordered anything else. I came back for a third visit on a not busy afternoon and had the side room with the comfy chairs all to myself. My next visit will be in the evening when they have live music. Highly recommend if you’re in Oly and looking for a chill spot to perch and imbibe.

Went here for a good bite for the first time on a warm mid week evening. Went inside, and it was busy & VERY LOUD. A lot going on with tables, & a group of 8-10 women in the middle of the restaurant were having a major cackle-fest, hooting & hollering!
We smiled, looked around, almost left, but decided to get a drink and eat outside. Bartenders were super busy, and it was a energetic place. I was here when it was the Underground years ago.
Small outside sitting area, but we ordered and enjoyed the evening sky. It’s right next to the road, so the noise can be daunting at times. Got our food, very nice server, and the salads were awesome. Good flavors, well appointed, and very tasty. Cold drinks, but you have to go in to get another as they don’t (didn’t) come outside to check.. the other 4 tables were left with dishes that new patrons had to push to the side. This was the smoking area we found out as well..ugh.
I’ll try it again.. Lively bar & place with good food. Lots of locals.

This bar is amazing! Not only great music and food, but the drinks are spectacular. You have to find Morgan one of the bartenders cause she makes up drinks that will blow you away! We literally made up a drink tonight called the Morgan Orange. You gotta come have it.

This place has the best chicken tendys! We love the 7day happy hour, great service, and willingness to host local events (shout out for our civic education / Constitutional day a few weeks ago). Parking can be tricky, but supporting a local hot spot is 100% worth it!
