The service here was outstanding, food quality and quantity as well as flavor was exquisite, very delicious. I purchased the birria tacos with a side of French fries covered in cheese. The tacos were rich in flavor with two variations of salsa to add to them and the consome was great! The chips and salsa were also very good, just added a pinch of salt. The plate with the combination plater of two enchiladas and a chicken taco was really good too, the enchiladas were rich in flavor as well tho not as much as the birria tacos. Damian was an excellent waiter and bar tender, balancing multiple jobs while delivering phenomenal customer service leading to a great experience. The salsas had plenty of flavor and just the right amount of spice to them, but I guess that depends on the spice tolerance level mine is some what high.

We had an amazing experience at Sadie’s in Albuquerque, New Mexico! I ordered the taco burger and my hubby had the tamales, and wow — everything was sooo good. The flavors were spot-on and truly authentic. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made the visit even better. I also loved learning about the history of Sadie’s — it added such a special touch to the meal. And the best part? They serve sopapillas with your meal (yes, plural ). We will definitely be coming back for more authentic New Mexican food!

Went on a Monday at about 2 pm after searching for the best chile rellenos in New Mexico. We should have known from the full parking lot that the food was good, but the service and the ambiance were fantástico. I ordered the lunch portion of chile rellenos y they were plenty even for a big boy such as I. Didn’t even need to order the guacamole salad, but I had the front porch song stuck in my head and thought that might be the cure. We also had a sopaipilla burger which was huge and loaded up with tasty toppings, we substituted a side salad for fries for a small upcharge and weee presented a very nice display of fresh greens avocado and tomato. Al in all I was extremely pleased with just how wonderful a restaurant Sadie’s is and can’t wait to get back.

Our first time here. Duane was a very attentive person. The staff were friendly and the gift shop had so many items. I had a combo with a tamale and it was different because it seemed to be deep fried? I asked our waiter but he didn’t clarify. My husband had the steak tacos and he said they also were delicious and well prepared.

Missed this spot, used to live in NM and passing through had to stop. Holds up to my memories of it from 6-7 years ago. Get ready to eat a quart of salsa before the food even comed out. Also portions are GENEROUS, second photo is a “small” huevos rancheros so bring your appetite.

Sadies is one of those New Mexico traditional restaurants that have a solid presence for their cuisine. While visiting this is one of my favorites as they make the experience a pleasure. The staff is attentive, friendly, and all around wonderful. The food is top. New Mexico cuisine is such a unique flavor that is a hidden secret of the yumminess and character. The red Chile I had on the side has so much depth to the taste, and also the dishes are plated nicely. They are also very involved in the community which really shows that they are a staple of Albuquerque. A true gem in the community and for its local cuisine.

The ambience was good. The new Mexican was excellent. We were served with nachos and salsa at the beginning. We had ordered carne adovado, combination plate. Towards the end we were given soapapilla that can be eaten with honey. Everything was delicious. Definitely recommended

Emersen & Robert did a wonderful job serving us. Our cups were never empty, and our questions regarding the food didn’t go unanswered. We’re from Fort Worth, and y’all made our experience dining in ABQ a memorable one.

We fell in love with Sadie’s salsa when we discovered their Salsa at our local grocery store in Colorado. We made a special detour through Albuquerque to experience what we thought could be the best meal of our lives, and wow we were not disappointed! My husband had the carne adovada which was the most delectable slow cooked pork he has ever had! I got the lunch special and was also blown away. My husband found the margaritas to be strong and delicious. I’m already dreaming of the day I get to experience this magic again.
