I was staying over for a night, this had to be the actual worst experience I have ever had at a Dunkin. I ordered a dunkalatte, which I get every day. I know what it tastes like. I waited a good 15 minutes and when I finally got my order it was not made with the coffee milk. The whole point of a dunkalatte. It was not sweet at all. I asked nicely to have it remade I understand mistakes happen, no big deal. The big deal was the manager argued with me that it was made correctly and “I didn’t know what I was talking about” Wow! Some customer service tips for you all that work there, you don’t argue! You just remake the drink! I know the difference of regular milk and the coffee milk. Do your job right or don’t work at a coffee shop. Will never order from here again.

The worst experience I’ve ever had!
The man there is super rude, as he doesn’t even want to work ! Hardly he talked and served!
I asked him many questions and he’s like not in the mood ! Every tome I asked for something he doesn’t have.
I told him i have a reward scans he said “ you don’t read ? “ we don’t have!
Okay i understand that they don’t have but let’s make the responded more professional!!
When i made the order i told him what i want and he is run in all the dunats to get what i want !
When the coffee done he said go there in rudely way !
I never recommend it at all !!

on the weekend mornings this is the only takeout place to get coffee, and the lines are ridiculously long. if the people running Ballys cared which there are many examples they don’t, they would do better.. I like Dunkin coffee, but if they were trying to make the world’s worst bagel, they would get 5 stars for that.

Note: Bally’s Atlantic City is currently improving and updating the entire hotel and casino. This Dunkin’ needs to be completely overhauled and improved or they should think about bringing in a replacement business that can better serve basic customer needs.

Be fore warned: This Dunkin does not accept or give any DDPerks for purchases, does not accept gift cards (see pic) nor does it participate in any other company wide promotions. However, they will accept food credits/vouchers issued by Bally’s Casino through their Guest Rewards program.
Review: Unfortunately this is the only 24 hr. restaurant/place to buy any food or drinks in the entire casino. They consistantly run out of food items; sometimes for days at a time, esp. on the weekends. The staff is not the friendliest, usually very slow and have no knowledge of what they have available on the posted menu boards and what they actually have in stock. The line can get unusually long during breakfast or hotel check out hours. Recently I waited 20 plus minutes to get to a register just to find out they had no food items available. (See pic of what I wanted to purchase, but it was not available.)
Dunkin’ here’s a suggestion– Since some workers might not be too busy cooking or preparing “no food” at all, someone (maybe even a manager???) would take the time or initiative to post a sign to say they had “no food” available at the entrance of the store?
Prices are also higher than other Dunkin’ locations in and around Atlantic City.
Needs serious improvement.

I’m not sure why there are so many bad reviews — let me set the record straight. This is a smaller Dunkin’ location with a limited staff, but they’re working hard and cranking out orders as fast as they can. Could they use an extra one or two people? Sure. But let’s be real: the food is exactly what you expect from Dunkin’ — absolutely amazing.
The coffee was fresh, the corn muffins were fresh, and everyone behind the counter was polite. No attitude whatsoever. Yes, you might have to wait a little, but it’s 100% worth it. Besides, where else are you going to go for that perfect Dunkin’ fix?
Give them some grace — they’re doing a great job.

This is absolutely the worst Dunkin Donuts I’ve ever been to. For years, there service has been horrible, but my most recent experience is where I draw the line. I went to this location twice in one day and they told me that I couldn’t order food. The first time they said their cook was on break, as I watched four other employees not working at all! The second time, they informed me that they don’t serve food until 7am, but it’s supposed to be a 24 hour location. I am absolutely appalled!

Went in around 2am, all of the baked goods were covered in flies. I let the cashier know and she pretty much ignored it, I then said aren’t you going to throw those out to which she replied ” No! My manager will throw them out. I watched from the casino floor as she continued to serve those fly infested baked goods. This place needs to be out of business ASAP.

They don’t have scanners to use the Dunkin donuts app. Could not redeem many free drinks. HUGEEEEE INCONVENIENCE!!!!! Also, Donuts were not fresh. Drinks were ok tho.
