Pizza is VERY oily. I’m not the type to complain about oily pizza. But, this pizza literally sloshes inside your mouth. I’ve ordered pizza from Brixx on several occasions. The crust has no flavor. The delivery is slow. The pepperoni is not bad. Their corn muffins are amazing most of the time. They are sweet, dense, moist and have bits of corn in them which I never enjoyed prior to the experience of a Brixx corn muffin. They are located a mile away from me and have never arrived less than 45 minutes from the time I placed the order. The food is typically lukewarm when it arrives. Their fried chicken is often darker in appearance and simply lackluster in both crisp and flavor. We were often enticed to order from Brixx as we loved their corn muffins. But, the last order came with very cold and tasteless muffins. Cold as in, maybe recently frozen? We didn’t get to them til almost an hour past delivery time and they were still very cold.

Last Thursday, one week from tomorrow, I ordered 2 pizzas for delivery at 5:19 pm. After waiting until 7pm, trying to call the store, along with send them an instagram message, I decided to drive to the store myself. I came to find the store was, and has been closed since that day. I have reached out to them about a refund, I have tried to wait sometime and still have heard nothing. I understand everyone has emergencies, but I closed restaurant shouldn’t have allowed my 40 dollar order to go through. I am expecting a full refund and have reached out to my bank, as brixx has not responded at all. I love the pizza there but this is the worst of all the problems I’ve had there, and I don’t think it’s worth this trouble.

We ordered a large plain pizza and the medium All-American stromboli with pretzel dough. Our kids devoured the pizza. I couldn’t even get a picture of the whole pie before they dug in! The pretzel dough on the boli is unique and delicious…and the filling was all the way to the edges. Can’t beat the bacon/ground beef/cheese combo in the All-American. 10/10. The owners and staff are great too!

If I could leave a negative star I would we order food. That we never received charged our card. They don’t answer the phone we will be fighting for a fund. I hope people see this and do not order from here you will never get your food.

Found this place on Local Flavor. A small corner location with camera visibility, minimal parking and take out only. The french fries and chicken tenders are huge. Saved my small pizza for the next day and it was so cheesy and delicious. Take out ordering was very quick.

Placed an order online, got a call within 5 minutes that the shop was closed due to a kitchen fire and our order was canceled. They still charged us over $30 for the canceled order then refused to answer the phone when we called to request a refund.

Ordered through DoorDash. Paid and submitted the order. Got a notification that the order had been cancelled claiming they were out of the “5 piece chicken tenders w/ fries”, I called the store, turns out they were only out of the hot honey sauce I ordered, not chicken tenders or fries, did not bother to call me and ask if a different sauce would be okay. The girl on the phone was rude and evasive, saying “it wasn’t me that cancelled the order”, citing the “owner just left, it might have been him.” Horrible customer service, you couldn’t call me and ask if I wanted a difference sauce you just cancel my order?

I came in the store/restaurant the girl at the counter, was Not exactly happy to be there, the wait wasn’t bad however on top of the Borderline rude Service when I ordered wings, they literally gave me all drums now I know that’s not the biggest of deals to most people, but I mean, I expect At least a mix, maybe the girl was having a bad day because I’m pretty sure she’s the same one that prepared my food I don’t know, I don’t expect perfect service but when you’re not exactly busy, I expect at least decent service. I mean it’s kind of the business you’re in I don’t know. Maybe it’s just me, but I won’t be back.
