This restaurant is FILTHY. It’s evident that management/ownership are hands off. The older woman working the register was rude and dismissive. All of the tables were scattered with food crumbs. When I informed her, she said they’re too busy to wipe tables. When I asked to speak to a manager, she refused to call for them and told me to come back tomorrow. The food quality was also poor. The burritos had unusually small portions, and the chips were stale. I requested a refund, and the same cashier also refused to assist me. This restaurant needs stronger management and to focus on cleanliness.

We order from this chipotle once a week because it’s close to our house. We always do pick up because it’s convenient for us. They forget something in every order, and my husband just brought home our food, and I was livid. My sad excuse for a burrito bowl… Chipotle what even is this? I have thought about writing this review for the last handful of years, and I think it’s finally time. I don’t enjoy writing this review, as I would like to see my favorite Chipotle location do well. This is one of the oldest Chipotle locations in the state, and upon a transfer of ownership more than a few years ago, it has lost its way from what used to be the best chipotle in town, to one of the worst.
This Chipotle should be avoided. I have been a customer my entire life, and to see the gradual decline throughout the years has been disappointing. The food is very inconsistent, the portions have drastically shrank over time, the restaurant itself has always been dirty or not taken care of, which I was always willing to look past since the food was always consistent.
This location continues to underperform in comparison to other Chipotle locations. I recommend everyone to take your business 10 minutes north down Chanhassen Road and 101 to the Minnetonka location, which is the most consistent and exemplary Chipotle location in all of Minnetonka, Chanhassen and Eden Prairie. The food is always fresh, the portions are what you pay for, the restaurant is always clean and the staff are kind. I would love to see this location begin to return to what it once was, but at this moment and the foreseeable future, I will not be returning.

Staff was very rude. Never going back to this Chanhassen location. Hopkins in no better. Minnetonka in Ridgedale had been good and will try there next time. Chipotle management and service has definitely declined. There are better options out there folks…

This is the absolute BEST chipotle location! I come here for lunch/dinner almost everyday and the food is phenomenal! The staff are some of the kindest and most considerate people I’ve ever met! I’ve gotten to know them personally; Margarita, Mercedes, William, and Marcien are such incredible people with beautiful personalities. Each time I come in they always greet me and even remember my go-to order! It does not matter who is making my food, because it is equally perfect each and every time! I typically do not go out of my way to write reviews for any establishment, but I absolutely needed to share how great the hard-working people of Chanhassen Chipotle are. It’s truly amazing how much a group of kind-hearted and passionate individuals can impact others in such a positive way. I never thought I’d be writing such a heartfelt review about a restaurant, but it really is a testament to how wonderful of a place this is. I’d give an infinite amount of stars if I could! 🙂

I came here for my pre gym meal. I’m a regular or I was when I lived in Atlanta. I am not new to eating here. Why did the lady say more beans was extra? Even the lady cleaning next to her gave her a weird look. She was lying. Like am I too fat for you to serve me properly? I even walked over to a guy cleaning and asked about this extra charge for beans thing. He laughed and said he got me next time he’s on the line because he’s never heard of that. Why couldn’t I just get my protein before the gym? Inspiring me to cook at home you fool! I’m also gonna be scathing in my review to chipotle corporate. Lady didn’t give me the receipt so I had to snatch it off the printer. Just a nasty experience overall, will not be back. Ever. Lol.

Definitely don’t recommend. I used to love chipotle but they have gone down hill . They completely over loaded my order with guacamole and under it was thin layers of the rest of the food which was barely anything . Not to mention the person I was with didn’t get what they ordered they actually got what they are deathly allergic to instead ! I reached out to store more than once with no response about the situation! I have a photo of the overload guacamole but it won’t let me upload it smh

Accepted an Uber Eats order, drive 10 minutes to get to the store, and then waited 15 minutes inside the store for the order. Wasn’t even very busy. Asked the lady about the order and she said they were making it. 10 minutes later he comes out with 6 orders. If she knew I was waiting on a certain order she could’ve told them and brought it out when it was done, rather than just waiting until their whole stack of orders was ready. I’m not paid by the hour here. Time is money. Get on top of it when a driver is waiting. Ridiculous. Not the first time this has happened here either.

My son really enjoys eating Chipotle alot. But I only go there when I have the money to buy it. I usually always get him food there off and on. It depends when my son wants to have thier food. But he loves it alot. And I get it for a meal. Which is lunch time. I get take out order. And drive to dollar tree in shorewood. To give my son lunch. And I spend about $20.00 Dollars. And they do have parking. But when they place is busy in the area it’s not alway easy to find a parking spot. Because alot of people go there to eat. And they do have eat in dinning as well as take out. Thank you.

Effective location. A good in and out structure. The line went swiftly. Crew works fast and makes sure your order is correct. Parking is a bit of a hassle due to the location sharing it with other popular businesses. My meal was fresh and hot, ingredients weren’t old. I am curious on how a long line forms with such a small entry way. It seems the line has to go out of the door or across into the dining room which would be interesting to see.
