This is the most terrible Taco Bell location in all of Kansas City area. I live really close and when I try to place my order they’re always out of Baja blast they’re always out of potatoes and they’re always out of tomatoes. This has been going on for a couple years you would think management would understand how to make a correct weekly order or daily order. I don’t know how often you receive trucks. I also noticed there is new signs up saying no phone zone for the workers so you have enough energy to make up some laminated signs to keep your workers off of the phone but you ain’t got enough energy to place a order, correct. Listen, it ain’t hard order more of the Baja blast order more potatoes and tomatoes because you guys are always slacking.

This location is terrible. Bunch of young kids cussing and talking filthy. I asked if someone would take my order, and the lil girls says. Thats why we have new computers. So you can do it yourself. I dont want to. I dont work here. Do I get a discount for doing part of taco bells job. Then at the end of this terrible experience, I get home and the 12 taco box I ordered, not 1 taco has cheese on it.

You can tell they take pride in what they do. The service is fast, the food is always on point, and the vibe is positive every single time. It is a 10 out of 10 experience. The food was hot, fresh, and prepared correctly. This Taco Bell location provided exceptionally fast service. The staff member who assisted me was kind and provided excellent service. The pricing was quite reasonable. FASTEST TACO BELL. BEST ONE!

This place is a joke. Been sitting in the lobby for 35 minutes. Go up and ask them for my order and the guy running it says he is going to keep making drive through food, he’s not worried about lobby. So I sit there for another 10 minutes waiting for a refund. I left and looked at my account and they gave me a refund for the wrong amount. Very unprofessional and I’m unsure of how he got his position. Will go back tomorrow and see if they can get it right this time.

This is probably the worst Taco Bell in the KC metro area. Our wait was long even though we were the only person in line, and then we get our food and it contains little to no meat. They also forgot an item in a combo that contains 2 things and we found a used glove mixed in with our food. The manager said “I’m so sorry dude.” I’d rate it 0 stars if possible.

It never fails I am ALWAYS missing my cinnamon twists, let alone either a taco or a beefy 5 layer burrito. let’s not mention the fact they NEVER fill the tacos……I have tried so many times over to give them a chance but I’m tired of the employees being so lazy sand inconsiderate. My husband and I went to get food last night, open sign on, cars in parking lot but 1 employee was mopping the kitchen as the other SAT IN THE LOBBY! No one EVER came to the mic, asked to help anything, so we drove 15 miles away to a taco bell that was posted as open online. Mind you it was 3:40pm and the OTHER Taco Bell and was MORE THAN Happy to help!
Corporate needs to get into this location ASAP and fix some things or they are going to lose some major money, and customers!
