I arrived around 9:51 PM and honestly thought the staff member might be upset since it was close to closing time. But I really appreciate how kindly and respectfully he spoke to me. I bought two sandwiches, and I had two kids with me who were very hungry, so I didn’t have many options since Subway was open only until 10 PM. He was very understanding and helpful. Thank you so much, man I forgot to ask your name, but your kindness truly meant a lot to us. (From Texas)

One of the Worst subways I’ve ever eaten at. The two gentleman working tonight need to be restrained. How could 4 sandwiches be made so bad..The sandwiches had so much oil and vinegar the bread was falling apart.. I will never eat there again..

Did an online order. Son picked up n brought home. 4 miles down the road. All 3 sandwiches were not toasted and 1 has all the veggies on it when order states just light lettuce. When I called the girl on the phone said “call back in 10 minutes. Subway is extremely busy” last time I order here.

Updated review: Went back today and the manager was able to get our order and gave us our food and for the inconvenience gave us some chips. Thank you very much Toomy Starks manager we appreciate it. So it’s no longer a one since she helped us out and I updated the stars.

The food is always good! I’ve went 10 minutes before closing and they still made our food with a smile on their face! I tipped the employee and his eyes lit up! Maybe we should all be kind sometimes and tip our hard workers it really moves the spirit!! ❤️

The store was clean when we walked in. There was still food out like normal operation but the employee informed us that they were already closed for the night. I asked what time they closed and why the door was unlocked if they were closed. He stated they close at 9:45 (kind of a random time to close in my opinion) so I turned around to look at the business hours by the door and it clearly stated they don’t close until 11:00. The employee started kind of fumbling for words and ultimately our explanation was he couldn’t stay until close because his time to be home was before then. Now don’t get me wrong, I am all for young people working and I applaud him for that. Also he was very polite other than he was saying they’re closed. But why consent to let your kid work somewhere knowing full well they may be out a little past their normal curfew if the place closes at 11 and whoever made the schedule should’ve taken his curfew into consideration also. I just wanted a sandwich and I will probably never return to this Subway because I feel as if they just didn’t wanna be bothered with any more customers.
