I just had the ABSOLUTE BEST EXPERIENCE with a worker named Harley, extremely helpful and sweet And helped with my modifications on my order. Everything turned out perfect and I am super grateful for the amazing service and she was just so sweet thank you again! Highly recommend this location ❤️

My experience was terrible in the drive thru. All I did was honk softly one time at this man who was pulled up waiting for his order but not far enough cause he was blocking all of us in line. And instead of him just pulling up a few feet he started acting like he was going to back into me a bunch of times with my son in the car and then he was flipping us off and backing into me more. All because I asked him to give me room to pull out. I think employees are not being specific enough for people who don’t understand they’re blocking everyone in. But of course everyone has anger issues and mental health issues these days that you can’t even ask them to move without them being threatening. Just so sick of how places are these days. I know it’s a tight space down there in the drive thru but he could have given me space since I had people behind me so I could back up either. Just a terrible experience and situation to be in. So the employees let everyone in line stop and wait for this one man’s meal that was running late instead of telling him to move up since I’m sure they all saw what he was doing to me and my son that entire time. I should have recorded him and sent to the police but it was the heat of the moment worried that he was going to get out and hurt us.

Every sandwich and burger we got the bread wet and soggy and smashed. It was gross and when I called up there they said it was cuz the meet was fresh. And when I told her that all good and dandy but I wasn’t looking for an excuse why it was soggy even if it is fresh the bread still shouldn’t be wet smashed and soggy and then they hung up on me.

Paid for two turnovers that I didn’t receive. When I got my gyros they looked like the pics….when I spoke to the manager I was polite and hung up on….no refunds offered. Only my missing products promised to be replaced the next day. I will NEVER RETURN!

We did not get our drinks and had to turn around as we were almost home ( like 10 minutes) and as there was not much to our order I feel the drinks should have been one of the first things out. But they were very respectful and sorry about it so I’m not completely bashing them.

You can dine in or take out here. Once During the season they have a limited time offer on venison burgers with jelly and I wanted to try it so bad but they were sold out. It’s not the fanciest restaurant but they are QUICK at serving up delicious sloppy, cheesey sandwiches that are sure to melt in your mouth. They have a kids menu. The Arby’s sauce and horsey sauce is so yummy with the sandwiches. My favorite is the jalapeno cheese poppers. They are always on point. The shakes here are delicious and the cherry pie turn overs are yummy too. I enjoy going to Arby’s it’s affordable and yummy for the whole family.
