This place doesn’t give you your receipt for a reason!! They don’t want you to review them. They do not make espresso drinks consistent to the standards of other Dunkin Donut locations. (Macchiatos should have the steamed milk.) They may be quick to give you your order but it won’t be right. It also won’t be worth what you are paying for. They are fooling LOCALS everyday. Shameless.

There is a horrendous language barrier problem at this location.
The lady spoke to me in a very pronounced Indian or Pakistani accent so much so that I could barely understand her. I was speaking English clearly and concisely and she had an tremendously difficult time understanding me. In fact, I had to literally repeat my order at least 10 times for her to tell me she finally inderstood me; and since I was already very mentally and physically exhausted from sitting in court for 3 hours I didn’t open the bag and check it out before leaving as I would normally do.
I got home and opened the bag and found I was charged and given an extra 6pc hashbrowns I did not order and moreover the loaded Chipotle hasbrowns were absolutely disgusting. They were very burnt, had only a few tidbits of bacon and barely a few drops of sauce, also no queso. I get this item all the time at other locations so obviously I knew immediately that it was not made correctly.
How ridiculous and very unacceptable for $4.49! Between my bagel sandwich, LG hot coffee and my supposed loaded Chipotle hashbrowns I paid $11.12 and I was absolutely ripped off!
Start hiring American citizens who speak English and can better understand the customer which is absolutely your customer service obligation; additionally retraining of associates and or implementing an automated ordering kiosk as other locations already use are really good ideas!
Needless to say my visit was absolutely horrible and I definitely will not be giving my business here ever again!!

Stopped in to the Pasadena/Ritchie Hwy Dunkin’ this morning and I had to share our experience..
..there’s a young man (Caucasian, slim build, brown hair and some facial hair) who was FANTASTIC! He greeted us with such an upbeat, bright attitude and helped me figure out the Coolatta drink I like after I struggled to name it. Our drinks were out within one minute, which is lightning speed, and they were both delicious. Parking may get tight at times based on the location, however the store was clean and service was quick.
Thank you so much to the man who served us. You brightened the morning and provided excellent service! We’ve never been to this Dunkin’ location before but will return.

The guy is working there making the food, not wearing no gloves he’s sick, digging up his nose, coughing, sneezing, and making people sandwich sandwiches and coffee no gloves I let them keep the money and the food and I just walked out. You gotta be careful man. I’ll make my coffee at home for now on

I would rather drink gasoline than ever attempt to get a coffee from this Dunkin location. This place is the bane of my existence. I don’t understand how they can have 3 people in the drive thru line and still make them all wait for 35 minutes and ALSO MAKE THEIR DRINK WRONG. If I’m waiting 35 minutes for an iced coffee, it better be the most artisan, delicious, hand crafted coffee I’ve ever had. An absolute joke of a business.

The last time I was here, the kids were somewhat disrespectful and disoriented. The place did not look like it had been cleaned or mopped in a while. It is a fairly new place and typically is clean. Unfortunately, seems like they have problem with staffing right now.

I love this location. I live closer to other Dunkins but I always go here because the employees are so warm and welcoming. The coffee & food is always so good too. I love seeing so many costumers go in, it makes me so happy to see they are always busy!!
