Opening almost a month now and when I say I enjoy coming here for the food, the service and the people who work there! They are so fun and the atmosphere is great too. Every drink or meal I’ve had so far has been delicious. (It’s 9/17: update) and the pumpkin hai latte is delicious) ⭐️

I’m so happy to have another coffee shop open before 7am, and their drip coffee doesn’t taste burnt like the other chains in the area. I used the app to order ahead when I was just 5 minutes away and my iced crafted press drink was being set out as I walked in the door and my food was close behind. The breakfast burrito is so good I’ve already had it 3 times in the past week and a half. All the staff have been friendly and attentive to detail and open to any questions I’ve had. Any questions the staff needed help with, the manager was quick to help. Everyone has been in a great mood each time I’ve been. The seating is varied and comfortable inside, though I do wish the outdoor seating was closer to the inside dining area and not next to the drive-thru speaker.

As an Alaskan, I enjoyed the decor. Good mix of Alaskan feel and modern coffee house, which is a thing in the Anchorage/MatSu area. Friendly staff who could speak knowledgeably about light and dark roasts. Bonus points for having a tasty light roast. Coming back.

Don’t you dare talk bad about our Caribou location. Been going a few months. LOVE IT! Never have the workers made us feel like a bother. Every time they’re always kind & smiling. Only tried a few food items. Not too bad, definitely wanting to try more.
Never had an issue, even when we got a drink mix up. Not sure if we just said the wrong thing or what, but we were prepared to jus get a whole new drink(we always get XL). We apologized for being that person. NOPE, lemme tell you how SWEET these folks are, We got a remake AND No Charge! The gentleman behind the counter even was sweet enough to take the other coffee away! We always tip them for their work & will chose Caribou over Starshmucks any day.

My mom and I stopped by for the first time this morning. We always grab coffee before shopping on Saturdays. I ordered a coffee and wound up not liking it. (I get something similar elsewhere and was used to that taste) I went back in and was going to order something different and the girl was SO sweet and made my new coffee at no charge. I was fully prepared to pay for something different as it wasn’t anything they had done in making it, I just was expecting something different. It was such a sweet gesture. My new coffee was DELICIOUS! We may have found our new Saturday AM pit stop.

First timer today. Went for something simple, half decaf half regular. It was a good cup. No bitterness. Atmosphere good, service good. No cooking going on so didn’t try the food. But will make this a regular stop especially this winter when a good hot cup means the most. Have a blessed day everyone. ✝️

We’ve gone here a few times since they opened up and it’s been a great experience each time. Staff seemed to still be adjusting to things, but that’s improved with every visit. Food and drinks have all been great and the location is pretty convenient for our needs.
My only real gripe, if you can call it a gripe, is that they close at 6pm. I enjoy a late night coffee run, so I hope they consider expanding their hours a bit in the future.
We’ve ordered through the App a couple of times as well and it has worked well. They should include the prices more visibly in the app.
