Tonkotsu ramen was nice, but the broth was a tad too salty.
We also got some sweet and sour chicken rice which was decent.
Our friend ordered some beef rice but it tasted very bland – we all took bites of each other’s food and agreed.

Have tried eating here twice and both times have been asked to wait outside only to be forgotten. Both times others walk in after and are seated; same size tables and not due to joining a group already seated. Poor communication of host and servers is the cause. Need a better system for seating customers.

I always have a good time at Mix. They have good food and a friendly staff. It is a small place but it’s part of its charm. If you’re going on a weekend might have to wait a lil for a table but it’s well worth it. Their menu doesn’t have a ton of options but I really appreciate that they offer hot food, sushi, beer, and ramen. Great place to bring a couple of friends or on a date night. I do recommend their bento box if you don’t know what to get, it gives you a few options to try multiple things on the menu at once.

The pecan breaded sushi is a great panko alternative for those with gluten allergies. I also tried a green chile roll and it was awesome! I ordered takeout, and staff was friendly and fast when I picked my order up.

The food was really good and good quality. The food is definitely worth the price. The place looks really good and is very accurate. I highly recommend the Las Vegas roll to those who go to the gym, it is mainly protein. I also recommend the Tonkotsu ramen, it’s really good and it’s even better with soy sauce. The service was amazing, The staff was really kind. Overall I loved it and you should give it a try

Great local vibe. Ramen is the best in Las Cruces but is not top tier tonkotsu ramen. Noodles are not homemade. Eggs are fully hard boiled. Broth was good though and all the vegetables were fresh.
The sushi, I do not recommend. Tried the sashimi combo on a Friday afternoon and it tasted very old. Didn’t finish it. Maybe on a day when they receive their fish would be better.

Sushi was just ok. Only 1 small piece of fish in each roll and a lot of rice. Good for the price, but nothing special. The ramen bowls were good, and the service couldn’t have been better. Everyone was really nice and attentive.

Holy crap what a find this place was absolutely amazing the food was outstanding the service excellent!!! I had the tonkotsu ramen my wife had the Miso ramen (picture) and we split a rainbow roll, by far some of the best sushi I’ve ever had and by far the best bowl of ramen I’ve had in a very long time! It was also very clean and the staff was very kind and knowledgeable about the food they served, 10/10 highly recommend!
