Other than a little wait due to understaffing the service was amazing the young lady was very polite and kind I went through the drive through so I can’t speak on atmosphere so I ordered a bacon king combo no mayo no cheese add lettuce and onion they almost got it right but there’s no bacon and hardly any lettuce I tried to call to see if u could get it remade but no answer

Ordered the ultimate steakhouse whopper and they didn’t put onion rings on the burger. Preordered on the app and it took 15 minutes to get my food. They had me park at the front of the building.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. 2nd time since remodel I’ve been here. 1st time they forgot my dad’s cheese & tartar sauce on his FISH sandwhich. Fries & onion rings were cold. This time we’re first in, nobody else here. Put our order in & take 35 mins to get our food! And to top it off another customer asked a worker if he could replace the fries with onion rings on the ordering machine. He response was oh I dont know! How do you not know how your machines work!?

I’m actually a fan of Burger King, but the food today wasn’t that good overall, the patties were OK. My double wopper was very dry, I’m not used to it. The fries were also very dark and hard. But the worst were the mozzarella firesticks, I didn’t even know that “wrigleys bubble gum” also supplies Burger King!!!

The girl at the counter was nice and that was the only positive part of this experience. She rang is up for shakes because she didn’t know the shake machine was down. The manager wouldn’t just give us the refund in cash and said it had to go back on my debit card but instead of refunding just the shakes she refunded the entire order ($29) and charged us again for the rest of the food($22) and told me to expect the refund to my debit card in 3-5 business days. As if that wasn’t distasteful enough, I took my food to the table and the cheese on my whopper w cheese was on top of all the lettuce tomato onions and pickle, so the cheese was ice cold and solid.

I would give this place 0 stars if I could. This place had the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. We went through the drive through for lunch on September 25th at 12pm and the woman taking orders for the drive through was extremely rude to my husband. She was talking to him in a very rushed monotone voice as he placed our order. My husband kindly asked that she treat him like a human and not be so rushed and short with him and she got super rude and said she doesn’t have to serve us and to leave !!!! I will never go to this Burger King ever again. Worst drive through experience ever.

Me and my family went there around 11:45 am on a Monday the wait wasn’t long the staff were very friendly and accommodating ( I had a complicated order) The food came out fast,hot and fresh!! Everything was correct and we really enjoyed our meal ☺️
