The food was good and order was right. Cashier/counter lady wasn’t very pleasant. Answers were short, not friendly. We ate inside and while waiting for our food we switched to available tables 3 times. The industrial blowers on the ceiling were awful! I needed ear muffs! Very loud and windy! Won’t go to this one again!

I remember when this location first opened and it was great. Again, it reminds me of a Starbucks where when it first opened, it was all the craze, but now corners and floors and sections are sticky and dusty. If you look up, almost all the lighting fixtures have layers of dust on them. The seating section has high tops, booths, tables, and a variety of options, but there’s no covered seating outside. I get the whole concept of ordering on the kiosk, but still, I think it backs up the front area as some people are still not comfortable are with the app/kiosk order method. The food pick up area is well staffed and runs smoothly. Food is solid. Today, 2 smoothies, 2 bagels, and 2 soups/mac were about $40. I think this is pricey….

Stopped in for dinner one night while driving through the area. The restaurant was clean and bright. I had the chicken bacon rancher and wild rice soup, while my wife had a BLT and tomato soup. Both dinners were excellent and were served quickly.

I recently visited Panera Bread in Naperville and had a wonderful experience. The location is in a nice neighborhood, making it easily accessible, with convenient parking and comfortable seating arrangements. The menu offers a great variety of options, and the food was well-prepared and delicious. The staff was friendly and attentive, ensuring a pleasant dining experience. I appreciated the quick service, with minimal waiting time, and the convenience of kiosks for ordering and payment. The beverage options were also excellent. Overall, it was a great visit, and I would highly recommend this Panera Bread location.

You have to download an app to order at the drive thru. Inside you have to order on a kiosk and then process your own payment…..but it will ask you to leave a tip. For what? I entered my order and processed the payment myself. I go to ask for my fountain drink cup and the lady acted like I was bothering her. She was literally the one person I interacted with. Great job. Now I see why machines do your employees jobs

Service is terrible. The salad was old. If you want to get the ignored by workers right in front of you while standing at the counter this is the perfect place to go.

Went and ordered two salads. Waited over 30 minutes while watching people come in after me then go out (or eat) before me. Decided I didn’t want the food anymore. Went to get a refund so I could just go home. Food came out while I was in line for the refund but still didn’t want it anymore. Once I got to the cashier I said it’d been 30 minutes so I don’t even want the food anymore I just want a refund. Manager comes to starts processing the refund and says yeah it’s pretty busy so I let him know there were many orders that went in after mine but were out before mine even got started. So that wasn’t the issue. He says no all of the orders are made in the order that they came in. So I tell him I was standing in front of the screen and could see so many orders under mine get bumped up over mine. So he says well you had a big order…two salads. I couldn’t even respond to that. Not only was he just flat out lying but apparently two salads is a big order. I spoke to the cashier a bit on how rude the manager was and she basically said that’s just how he is. Situations like these are already awkward enough, if the customer isn’t being rude there’s no reason to be arguing with them. I live less than 5 minutes from here but will not be going back.

I went through the drive through and placed an order for 2 you pick 2 orders. 3/4 of it was correct. I the 1/4 that was wrong was the bacon turkey bravo, turns out they forgot the turkey…it’s in the name so I’d guess that I would be important. Imagine my surprise when I got home, no turkey to be found on my bacon TURKEY bravo.
