1st time I went there the young man at the window tried to keep my change, my total was $42.99 so I handed him a $50 bill just to receive a penny back. Now I only come during the morning when he is not working and the young lady working cant seem to listen and gets my order wrong all the time. Never had a problem with fries not being seasoned until I asked for extra fries, almost like they don’t want to do the extra work but I have to pay for it? Not to mention the manager of the establishment barely even looks 18 years old and is always wearing slippers with his pants halfway down his leg. Extremely unprofessional I will now go to other Zaxbys locations for now on.

This was my first visit to this Zaxbys. I ordered through the website for pickup, thinking this is a great way to make sure orders are correct. Well, the ordered was mostly right, but the food itself was not. I ordered 2 Cobb salads, one with ranch and one with blue cheese. Neither salad had bacon or fried onions and I was only given ranch. When going in to ask for the blue cheese, the worker acted annoyed and unsure if what I was saying about missing dressing was true. The two chicken strip meals I ordered were correct, but I was missing the extra sauce I asked for. I also ordered the chicken bacon ranch fries, which came with no chicken and an unknown sauce, which you can see in the attached photos, which was definitely mot ranch. This was highly disappointing. My half lemonade-half sweet tea was a straight lemonade. So all in all, I did receive food and it would be fine otherwise, but it was not what it should have been.

This place is one of the worst Zaxby’s I’ve ever been to the drive through takes forever and they often get the order wrong. Also the amount of sauce they give you is pathetic. (I haven’t used any of the sauce in that pic)

As someone who helps a dasher, at around 11:50, 10 minutes before closing we pulled in. They said they couldnt provide us the entire order because one side couldnt be made. We then pulled around to ask the customer what they wanted done, and they asked if the side could just be replaced with a different one. We then pulled around again to ask this, and they said they threw away all of their food, including the customers preemptively 5 minutes BEFORE closing. Do not order here late at night or through doordash. If a manager sees this, change your policies or do something about the employees if this isnt policy.

I’ve tried Zaxby’s in Jacksonville AR twice. The first day I went, all of us in line at the counter were told, “sorry, we’re busy.” They ignored us until everyone left.
The second time I went through the drive-through. The only car in line, I waited for about 6 minutes before I was acknowledged. They mumbled something, but I made an order anyway. It was never acknowledged so I left.

Don’t waste your time going to this location. Only underaged children with bad attitudes and customer service work here. They also are never stocked and don’t attempt to try and satisfy the customer due to their inconvenience. Drive to any other location except for this one and the one on Kanis. Kanis has the same issues yet worse.

Always something on every single visit. I’m not even sure how anyone filling these cups with sauce is trained to put a squirt of sauce in it but I had 4 of these all filled just like this.
Sometimes the food is dried up & taste an hour old, sometimes the fries are burnt etc. it’s extremely rare to simply get a freshly cooked & accurate order at any Zaxby’s but when you do it’s actually good.
