Burger King used to be great but over the last 20 years or so, it has really declined.
My wife and I decided to try it again today and it was a huge disappointment.
My wife ordered an Impossible Whopper and it came out burnt. When she brought it back to the counter, the manager proceeded to argue with her, saying it is supposed to be flame broiled. There is a huge difference between flame broiled and a burger that looks like a hockey puck.
I ordered a double cheeseburger that was severely undercooked.
The fries and onion rings were okay and the fountain drinks were good.
Finally, I ordered a apple pie that I never got and after listening to the staff bad-mouth customers in the drive thru, I decided to just forget it.
This was one of the worst experiences I have ever had in a fast food restaurant.
On a final note, we stopped by the bathrooms when we left and we’re horrified to see how filthy they were.
We are done with Burger King.

My wife and I stopped at this location on our way through the area. While we are not happy with the functionality of the Burger King app (which has nothing to do with this particular location), we WERE happy with the food quality, price, service, and cleanliness of this location. No complaints.

I would suggest if you are hungry, don’t go here. Order a bacon and Swiss chicken sandwich, had to wait 7mins for the chicken (that was ok) but when I got my food, my fries were cold and my sandwich was missing it’s bacon and Swiss cheese. Common sense tells me that if a customer has to wait for the meat to cook, the fries should also be fresh, not served cold. This makes for bad reviews!

I came here to try their breakfast croissants. I was not disappointed. I ordered from inside and my wait time was minimal. I do not recall the condition of the store or the restroom.

Wasn’t done placing my order, was told a total when I wasn’t done yet, told to pull up to the first window sat there waiting to pay for what I could order, no one came to the window, pulled up to the second window, was told to go back to the other window to pay for my food, then the manager told me to give her my money. WORST SERVICE EVER!!!

My Family and I decided to stop at this Burger King and our surprise was that it was the worst place we have stop to eat hamburger. Some of the employee’s we’re not wearing any gloves before getting the food and they were doing that after touching there hair or Jean’s . I do not recommend this place at all.

This location is hit or miss. Sometimes great, sometimes not. It feels like they are working through a lot of changes. One visit, you see improvements and another visit, not so much. But it does seem like they are trying to get to where they want to be.

The last couple of times we’ve gone things are much worse. Dirty, sticky floors. The mat by the soda machine was almost sticky enough for me to pull it off the floor with my boots. Felt dirty by just being in there. Sad to say.

I usually have nothing bad to say about this Burger King but tonight is different. We placed an app order prior to arriving. When we got there we were told to pull up to the door to wait, even though there was nobody else in line. We got our food and went home (about 15 minutes away). I know, I know you should check your bags before leaving but it’s late and we were ready to be home, lesson learned. We were missing a chicken sandwich and there were onions and tomatoes on a burger that was ordered without them. Make sure you check your bags especially when getting something at night!!

This is the absolute worst place I’ve ever been to in my life. I was very busy after helping my son with a 20 mile hike he was training for. He wanted Burger King after. So I was happy to take him. We were all very tired so I went through the drive through. Hoping to get a good deal for a large family I asked about coupons and was referred to the app. So I pulled out of line not to hold it up and placed an order. After an extremely long wait we still got cold food and it wasn’t busy at all. The kid that helped us was nice but the older guy was rude and after opening my drink I found a dead fly stuck in the cup. It’s terrible how bad service has gotten over all. But this is just completely uncalled for. It’s a bummer because we used to enjoy it. And it’s something we rarely get to do. I’m just going to stick to cooking at home.
