The keto burger is straight out of my dreams! I love anything in a lettuce bun! And the cry-fry is perfect, especially with a little burgerfi sauce on the side! I always see Tristan there and he is always so welcoming and helpful!

Have had positive experiences at other locations, however, the food here was extremely greasy and location was disgusting. The whole floor of the restaurant was sticky and littered, chairs were sticky and stained/dirty, drink/condiment bar was trashed and bathrooms were a mess (sink was clogged and had standing water). Does not appear that this is just from a lunch rush, rather a lengthy amount of time and uncleanliness. Consider alternative locations for cleaner conditions and better food.

We visited the location of Burgerfi off of 11563 State Road 70 at approximately 2:00. I believe somebody from management needs to take a look at this establishment quickly. It was unsanitary and there were so many health concerns, I’ve never been so concerned about eating someplace like I was here. We walked in and placed our order on the self serving screen. We tried to find a table that wasn’t dirty with food or trash but we had to clean our own table and our feet stuck to the floors as we walked it was disgusting. I watched the worker behind the counter touching his face and then started cooking fries with the same hands, no gloves or washing. When the food came we decided to trash it and go because it was like being in a third world country with no sanitation. I went to the bathroom and the toilet was full of bodily fluids and the sink had standing dirty water in it from being clogged up. I took pictures of everything and I can tell you that I’ve never been to such a dirty restaurant in my life. I do believe it would fail health inspections and somebody needs to check it out because somebody is gonna get poisoned here. I will never personally eat here and it’s crazy that this establishment is in such a nice area. The workers need to be retrained on health rules and regulations and I hope something comes of this before people get sick. Like I said I the floors were so nasty and sticky as well as the chairs and tables, I’ve turned them into the health department before they make somebody sick.

Honestly such a good burger place. Always served hot and fresh never cold. The management there is SUPER nice and welcoming. I’ve always had such a good experience every time I eat there. I would definitely recommend! I want to give a special shout out to Tristan, he’s always super attentive and makes sure everything comes out perfect!

I’m not one to leave particularly disparaging reviews, but generational gaps in common courtesy and professionalism are real. I’m sure managers are normally on site, but apparently not today due to the absolute lack service on our visit. It’s not extremely important to me, but we were not greeted once by the three employees when entering the restaurant. It was fun standing at checkout for a while so the personal conversation taking place between young staff could finish. Mind you, the restaurant was completely empty at this time and perhaps two takeout orders were in process, both already bagged. Once the kids realized it was a good idea to take our order, they seemed inconvenienced we wanted to eat. As a whole, the restaurant was particularly unclean. Didn’t dare use the bathrooms like other reviewers. Food was prepared quickly, except both burgers were missing literally all toppings we specifically payed for. The fries were soggy and greased to the max. BurgerFi is already a lower tier food option, so the astronomical prices can’t justify the poor service we received. Its experiences like ours that impact reputations for entire shopping plazas, considering they’re sadly common here.

Been a few months since my wife, two kids and myself ate here. Not sure what changed… but this place has gone WAY WAY down hill. On 02.28.26 … NO BEER OR WINE being sold, burgers seemed extra greasy, two large orders of urban fries had several undercooked/un-cooked fries layered in, my wife’s burger was missing several ingredients, and they messed up one kids single cheese with only ketchup and mustard. ( how do you mess that up?) Also, had to wait and try to get someone’s attention to ask for the two apple juices and bottled water we paid for. The young woman I talked to was super nice, but seemed surprised by nothing, like this happens all the time. And when did they stop branding the buns? Its on all your advertisements/signage, and not a single one of 4 was branded. Spent almost $60 for something that felt more like going to McDonald’s. Won’t be going back to this location unless something drastic changes.

Went today (New Year’s day). Only my husband and I. We got there shortly after they opened. One other customer there. We walked in- we were sticking to the floors and they were not swept, the drink machines and counter where you get condiments was not clean. Soda splashed everywhere and stuff all over the counter. You could definitely see this was not from today, they never cleaned the night before or before they opened. The only decent thing we had was our burgers. The fries were undercooked and extremely greasy! The staff behind the counter were not helpful. Never said hello. It was like 2 robots. Even though this is a fast food joint, I would think they would take a little more pride with the business. We definitely will not be back.
