I ordered the 8 pc chicken with two sides and they gave me the COMPLETE WRONG order ! They gave me bbq chicken wings and tenders not the 8 pc I ordered and the complete wrong sides . When I called the store to see if I can come get my order fixed they basically laughed at me and told me I’m SOL bc they close in ten mins . I spent 50$ on food that I didn’t even want / eat and they didn’t refund me a single penny or offer to fix the mistake or even give a credit to come back the next time and get my correct food . Very unprofessional. I’ve been in the restaurant business my entire life and no other restaurant would’ve just said kick rocks

This was a take out order after a long day. Just had a craving for their famous bowl. Mashed potatoes, gravy corn cheese and nuggets. It really hit the spot. My server helped me get just the right amount of chicken and gravy. The side of biscuits didn’t hurt either. Service was great and the food really hit the spot.

My boyfriend and I went to this KFC and were really disappointed. The chicken was soggy and the skin was literally sliding off the meat and some of the chicken didn’t come with any skin. This is not the crispy, golden chicken KFC is known for. I went back in and asked for a fresh batch, which they kindly made, but unfortunately, it came out soggy too. Super frustrating. If you’re craving that signature crispy crunch, I’d skip this location.

Ordered honey barbecue wings, they decided to take some hot wings and cover them with honey barbecue sauce. If I wanted hot I would have ordered them. Oh and even with double sauce, they were dry- how is that even possible.

It’s not great, but it’s good. It’s fast food chicken. We eat there 4 or 5 times per year. The Famous Bowls are the best thing they have going. The $20 Fill Up really isn’t that good. The Wraps are decent, but small. They really need to bring back the original The Twister. Don’t rebrand it. Don’t call it something else. Bring back the original. I LOVED the original.

Yesterday we ordered 4 spicy sandwiches as we have done many times in the past. Upon eating it we noticed how soggy it was and also noticed it wasn’t the spicy sandwiches that we typically get. The bun was soggy, there was some sort of white sauce on it instead of the spicy sauce. I called today shortly after they opened (I work in the healthcare field, working 12+ hours and was unable to find the time to call until today) to explain this all to them and was told I could come in and get them replaced (which I’m very appreciative of) Once I arrived I was met with whom I’m assuming is the manager only for her to tell me that next time this happens I need to bring the food in to show them first, and that this has happened before (I’ve only had to call and “complain” one other time. Mind you we go to this location at least once a week) Maybe they assumed I was one of those lousy customers who lie to get free food? I’m not sure! I told her we took pictures of the food and I’d be more than happy to show her but she refused, so I drove off. I decided to come here and show them because like I stated I’m a regular customer of theirs. I don’t want to be portrayed as someone who complains and makes things up for free food. I have given this location multiple tries but unfortunately the chicken is always old, stale, and barely edible if you don’t go at peak times, The staff all act like they hate their jobs, and the wait can be unusually long. Can’t wait for Popeyes to open.

I haven’t been to this Kentucky fried chicken restaurant in two years. To me, they had gone downhill. Today, I ordered the $10.0O 4 New generation piece daily special. I asked for a regular chicken, and got the crispy chicken. I wish I would have double checked before I took it home. The breast was Rubber. The other three pieces were just OK, at best. The flavor is still there. Poorly cooked or bad chicken. As always, the biscuits are great. The coleslaw was great as usual. The mashed potatoes and gravy were good.
