I absolutely loved this spot! I ordered the mahi and chicken tacos, both of which were delicious. They were presented on corn tortillas, so it’s a great option for those requiring a gluten-free meal. My husband got a side of elote which tasted fresh and flavorful. For dessert, I opted to keep it simple with a small cup of soft serve vanilla ice cream—as you can see, the serving size was quite generous!

What a fun dining experience! This is a Vero Beach Landmark! We finally had the chance to eat there and we were not disappointed. A varied menu; all great tasty food; including salads, tacos, quesadillas and Mexican bowls along with different protein choices (steak, port, chicken, fish/shrimp). Strongly recommended!

Local here: it’s a must visit spot for food (a bit pricey but delicious), frozen margaritas (frozen or on the rocks) and slushes (orange and ice cream swirl). Service is always up to par. Check out Countryside Citrus Farm story, El Sid was the owner.

Food is always spot on and delicious.
This was 2 shrimp tacos and the flavor was very good. I eat non flour tortilla for gluten free. Slushy and daily flavor ice creams are a must have in sunny warm Florida.

While strolling down Ocean Ave, we noticed this spot was quite popular, so we decided to pop in and take a look, even though we weren’t hungry yet. What a charming little place! It feels like a classic ice cream shop, but take a couple of steps to the left, and you’re in a cozy taco shop.
There’s not much seating out front, but there are tables along the side of the building. We didn’t order anything this time, but it’s such a quaint spot that it’s definitely on our list to try next time!

I ended up eating here because Oceans Grill had an hour wait and the bar was full. Walked on over to Countryside and was more than satisfied with their Mexican offerings. The chips were homemade, hot and crispy. I would go back just for that. All food came out hot and delicious. Highly recommend.

You know it’s great ice cream when it’s cold in FL and still going out for their ice cream. Plus want the BEST quesadillas ever well it’s here in our little sliver of the beach! We love el Sid’s and so will you. Fresh ingredients amazing preparation and awesome people!!!

El Sid is one of our favorite spots in town. I love the interesting menu combinations, homemade tortilla chips and lively dining atmosphere on the deck. It’s such a fun place to come with family and enjoy the comings and goings of Ocean Drive! Highly recommend the free hot sauce station and checking out the funky serving car! It’s affordable, fresh, local and fun.
