This location honestly just needs to be shut down at this point, EVERY SINGLE TIME there is something wrong with our order and we sit and wait 15 mins and longer just to have stale/cold food, and missing items. you wait 15 mins for your food and then have to go inside to tell them you are missing items and then get told it’ll be another 10/15 mins im good! SHUT THIS PLACE DOWN

I went inside and placed an order for the 2 junior bacon cheeseburger meal, to go, at 7:12 pm. I didn’t actually receive my order until 7:36 pm…. If my math is correct, that’s 24 minutes of standing there waiting for 2 small burgers and a medium fry.
That isn’t all…
After getting back into my truck and heading home, I pulled out the fries. Cold. Not warm, but room temperature cold. Ok, I still have the two delicious burgers…I pulled the first one out. Same as the fries except the cheese was actually cold-cold.
I pulled out the second burger and it was about 6 degrees warmer than the first.
I love Wendy’s, especially the junior bacon cheeseburger, but it will probably be a while before I get another. And it definitely will not be at this location.

We come here every now and then, for a little treat for me and my boyfriend. Every time we do come here we always end up getting pulled to wait 10/ 15 mins just for it to be cold is ridiculous.

We waited over 15 minutes for a chicken biscuit with no sauce because they were out and a sausage, egg, and cheese biscuit (they were out of English muffins). There was one car in front of us, and none behind us. No one apologized for the wait or even mentioned it. The wild part is that, for this very reason, we have only stopped here three times in probably four years and this has been the experience every time. I guess the only positive is that it’s cheaper.

I went to go pick up a doordash order for a client that was placed 1 hour before they close. I show up 10mins before they close for the night to grab the order and leave.
I arrive, and all the lights are off and no one is at the drive thru. I pull up to the window and see two male employees. One comes up to me and asks what I’m doing. I tell them about the order, and at first they claim there is no order. I show them the app and then they look at their screen and mumble something about it being closing time. I had to wait another 20 minutes for them to make it.
I understand they want to go home and it’s closing time- I’ve worked retail and fast food. But it is disrespectful to ignore an order that was in their queue for 1 hour, and then get surprised when the customer shows up for it.
They had bad lazy attitudes, and were rude. I’ve never had an experience like this before.

Usually come in the afternoon and the food is fine but the woman cashier is always rude. My review is for the dinner my boyfriend got tonight. I got the apple pecan salad and the grilled chicken was so dry it was practically translucent. It takes days for chicken to get that dry and is completely unacceptable to serve to people. My son’s and my boyfriend’s Burgers had so much ketchup and sauce they were sloppy. Here’s a picture that doesn’t do it justice on how dry and hard the chicken was. There were a couple more pieces but they were in the trash already.

Well done Wendys, you manage consistently give the wrong orders! So atleast i know now i can save money ordering my food here at a reduced price knowing ill get a refund from all the wrong orders i get back
To save yourselves from losing money, hire staff that actually cares about giving the correct order!
If some orders a baconator, dont say oh well and givs then a doubls cheese burger, GIVE THEM A FREAKIN BACONATOR. But meh yall dont care about the customer. Cuz its the money thats right, not the customer. Poor service! Now wonder you guys are stuck on 3 stars.
