This place is CONSISTENTLY slow.. we wait a minimum of a half hour or longer every time we go here. And no one on staff ever says any word to anyone waiting about taking an extra minute or going out of their way to be kind. The service is awful. The food is always delicious but there just isn’t enough time to wait for them to make it!

I have stopped at Popeyes all over the country and Nov 1 2025 Saturday was the worst experience ever! 4 young men were working behind the counter and I ordered 5 tenders and 1/4 lb of shrimp. An hour later and after at least 10 people had walked out due to the total incompetence of these young men. The order I got was wrong and the young men thought it was funny that they screwed up so bad. All of the people waiting were talking to each other about how bad the service was. No manager to be found and after 1/2 hour they told me they forgot to put down the tenders. Three times they said it would be another 4 minutes and after an hour, one of the boys yelled back to put down the shrimp. This was by far the worst “fast” food experience I have ever had!

Fries were cold and like rubber. Barely any there but they won’t be eaten anyways. I talked hubby into them “They will be good! They’re Cajun!” Not impressed with the high prices for the small portions. I’m assuming the guys driving all the trucks I see there are arriving hungry ! Larger portions for the money would be nice !

I ordered your (8) piece Chicken with a side of Mashed Potatoes through DoorDash and you send me old chicken that was fried so hard that my Two Autistic Children and I were unable to eat. Popeyes has always been the #1 chicken places for me, and the blackened chicken here did not disappoint. This location is good for picky eaters as well, due to BK, IHOP, and Starbucks located in the same building.

First off waited 25 minutes just to order, and I could tell they were understaffed, l waited another 55 minutes to get our food. Ask a couple times about situation management said he was doing 5 different things and couldn’t come and speak to me. Was told three times we were told waiting on this or that. I Think the main problem is they are way short staffed and need to pay attention to customers that are there waiting in the restaurant should be top priority and online and door dash should come next. FOOD WAS AMAZING AS ALWAYS!! JUST NOT WORTH THE WAIT!!!
