You know this place is beloved by locals when it’s packed at 2pm on a Sunday afternoon with no majors games on. The wings are next level compared to traditional deep fried. Grilled to just the right crispness. They don’t skimp on the sauce either.

Most of my wings were burnt. The worst part was the burnt bits got thoroughly mixed into the sauce and gave all of it that acrid burnt taste.
When I entered to purchase my order I made eye contact with the woman managing the register and greeted her. She was standing off to the side and didn’t respond for three minutes like a zombie.
Then she told me to wait a few minutes and then took a different man’s order. Only after that was I able to pay for my food.
She asked if I would like to leave a tip for the kitchen after I declined the other tip option on the card reader.
The floor is dirty and I saw a random chicken wing on the ground behind the counter.

Stopped by here on a whim and didn’t disappoint. Staff are inviting, funny, and friendly. The wings are NOT fried and are essentially oven baked in a pizza oven. The char is perfect on them and cooked nicely. French fries are fresh cut and not frozen from a bag. Charge you a $1 for dipping sauce for wings which was fine because it’s a large cup and not skimpy. I got Genetal Jake’s and Origjal hot. Flavor of both was delicious. Next time I’ll get a little bit hotter as their pretty mild, at least to me. General Jake’s was good, seems like it may have a soy sauce base? I personally like soy sauce so NBD. They do have wing night on Tues with .75 bone in wings. Also there’s 8 beer coolers to choose from if your thirsty and 2 on tap. All in all, enjoyed all of it.

We found this place by accident and I’m so glad we did! The food was great and the service was amazing. Our server recommended the wings and they were so good and smokey. We will definitely make the trip back out here again!!

The consistency alone makes it a must stop, the abundance of flavor choices along with the quality of their fresh cut fries experience is amazing in its own right.
