This place has really gone down hill. Tried calling multiple times to talk with a manager. My last 3 online orders have been incorrect. Last time I ordered at 1215pm for 115pm pickup. When I got there the doors were closed so I had to walk up to the drive through to find out my order hasn’t been started. It then took the 1 worker 45 minutes to get 2 sandwiches made. I left without looking at order, drove home 35 mins away to find a complete mess. The only thing that was correct was the meat. So bad I couldn’t even eat it. I contacted subway online 2 weeks ago and still have not heard back.

The staff is friendly and helpful. They took care of our special requested sub sandwich. All’s good here! We ate inside because the double meatball foot long sandwich was big and messy. It sure was great eating. We talked about going to subway for the longest time and have the meatball sandwich. Now, I’m seating in Subway and the female staff member was singing, “like a virgin”. What more could you ask for. Enjoy your meal at Subway!

This place is disgusting! Was over charged today by 2 very rude employees. The one employee couldn’t get our order right. Mind u there was no other customers in the place at the time. I wanted a wrap, but they have been out of tortillas for 2 days. THEN!!!! after finally getting the sandwich right, the other employee who never uttered a word ripped the sandwich in half with her hands instead of a knife. Then she rudely wrapped it up and slid the sandwich without bagging it. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! I will never spend another dime there.

I had the Monster Philly, it was pretty good. The service was fine. It took me a minute to decide which table to sit at that was the least dirty. Apparently the patrons should also clean the toilet as the employees do not. There was a ring in the toilet which tells me it hadn’t been cleaned for quite some time. There is a scrubber next to the toilet so I cleaned it so the next person had a pleasant bathroom experience. The sink is also dirty. I always check the bathroom at establishments, that tells me whether the kitchen is safe. Hope I don’t have the squirts later. It’s VERY hard to find good help these days, people who take pride in a job well done. Work ethics is a thing of the past.

The photo says it all. DO NOT EAT HERE. After waiting half an hour in the drive thru when there were no other customers, we were served sandwiches on moldy old bread. It took another 20 minutes of waiting to get a return authorized. It’ll be a loooong time before I’m ready to eat another Subway sandwich. How many other people ate here yesterday and didn’t think to check the bottom of their bread?!?

This place is discussing. I ordered a sub from them and it had a bobbi pin in . I have called and went in this shop and they still haven’t returned my money. DO NOT GO TO THIS SUBWAY! The workers are not professional at all I called them to get my refund and got hung up on.

Came at 430 pm and they were out of all bread except flat bread. Got a salad and they didn’t fully chop it so we had to tear it apart by hand. Had no ranch and the employees were all very rude. Overall a terrible experience.

I ordered, using the phone app, a foot long cookie and 2 foot long sandwiches. My order number is ae6a4138-74. I paid for it using the app. When I got to the store, Dani, the assistant manager, told me that they didn’t have any foot long cookies. She said that I could not give me a refund, because I had already paid for it. She offered 6 of some alternates, none of which I wanted. I ended up finally taking 6 of something that I didn’t want. I am planning on disputing the charge on my credit card because I did not receive what I ordered.
The sandwiches were as ordered and we enjoyed them. They tasted good. Dani was professional did offer alternatives, but I did not find them satisfactory. She didn’t appear able to give much latitude in the choices.

First time visiting this Subway and I won’t be back. There’s a drive-thru but only for app orders. I was told unapologetically that many items were out of stock and no cash was being accepted, only cards. “So I don’t have to wait in line if I wanted any of those items.” The menu was definitely lacking, especially when many of the items weren’t available. Waste of my lunch break.

I’ll preface this by saying that the service at this restaurant has always been good for me. This review is not about direct service but management/ownership.
I’ve been to this location 3 times in the last year. Every single time, the store was out if a significant amount of product. Most recently there were only two kinds of chips to choose from, two types of cheese (one was shredded), and one type of soda on the fountain (I can’t have caffeine.
We used to frequent this location when I was a teenager and it was always great. It was always nice and cool inside, but it seems that the air conditioner either doesn’t work or isn’t being used. Today there was a giant fan blowing in the dining room, though, so it wasn’t as stifling as my previous two visits.
Whoever owns this location needs to seriously get it together. I honestly think it’s only lasted this long because of tourist’s who don’t know any better.
