(I just want to preference by saying i know its not the workers fault, they have always been nice to me everytime i come) Taco bell has went down hill 1000%. Paid $5 for the smallest serving of steak for my kids. When she showed me serving sizes, it was legit the smallest amount of meat. When it comes to servings, taco bell is GREEDY. beyond GREEDY. I refuse to come here anymore. You have to pay so much more money just to get enough meat with your meals. (Picture of my receipt for reference)

Absolutely the worst customer service!!! We ordered online in the parking lot after 20 minutes of working on order we we went inside to see what was going on. The MANAGER said we don’t have that we showed them the order they then said oh well we don’t work on orders till you check in because people don’t show up. After another 15 mind they gave us our order and almost everything ess burnt. Dry or broken. They said the didn’t have nacho fries when drive thru was surviving them the didn’t have the cream for the new slushy. They put the spicy sauce on the plain quesadilla so my toddlers mouth was on fire. management is obviously the problem workers will do the bare minimum and when management is rude and finds it humorous to be vengeful workers follow suit. It isn’t the 1st time dealing with this taco bell and it looks like we are n t the only ones based on the reviews.

Food was very fresh and taste great, only negitive was that the second register drawer looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in a year or so dust is piling up on that thing. Come on in and see my fingerprint on it. Anyway great taco bell other than a little bit of cleanliness. Worth stopping by

Me and my soccer team were mad hungry and they took over an hour to not even make our food yet. there’s 2 other jits in here and they are just standing around. the employee is crashing out because she is in college and wishes she wasn’t. this is a disgrace to taco bell’s everywhere. There was this one guy before us and he got a terrible meal. (photo below)

I give this store one star because this is, honestly at least the third occasion that not only one, but several items are not even a full serving. I paid $17 For two tacos, a burrito, cheesy potatoes and Regular Freezy 2/3 full, regular nacho, fry 2/3 full and the cheese in container 1 teaspoon! ♀️ ♀️

I stopped by the Burgaw, NC taco bell today. The line was long and the wait was probably 3-4 min wait, nothing too crazy. When I got to the window, I was greeted with a friendly and welcoming face. I believe her name was Kalee according to the receipt. She immediately apologized for the wait and mentioned she was currently the only one working. She didn’t sound overwhelmed or frustrated. I don’t know Kalee’s position over there but I can say, she’s a very valuable employee. Also best cheesy double beef burrito I have ever had in my life.

The staff was doing their best. But they were out of so many items. I will say the amount of ingredients in my taco were very scarce. As were the other items the rest of my party ordered.
