This has been far most the worse experience I have had with Zaxby’s it’s Saturday night October 18th 2025. I spent $33.75 on cold food that I asked to be freshly cooked all for them to bring me the wrong order not 1 time not 2 times but 3 then the 4th time the manager comes out talking junk saying I didn’t pay for one of my meals when I presented my receipt one of the lil chaps that works in there stated enjoy your hard chicken sandwich this is unacceptable and I will be contacting corporate and escalating this matter. I can’t believe that a manager would behave in such a manner when you are suppose to be leading by example if I could give zero stars I would I want a full refund we did not eat the food because of the statement that was made and I felt like they did something to our food. She Miah stated it would be a 15 min wait on the food since I asked for it to be freshly cooked I stated that was fine but we literally waited 30 -40 mins for our food for it to be cold and an employee to yell at us enjoy your hard chicken and cold fries so yes I will be up there bright and early demanding a full refund. I will NEVER COME BACK TO ZAXBYS!!!!!

OK, Zaxby’s is great, regardless a little pricey, but whatever anyway last night around 9 PM on October 8 my mom ordered $37 worth of food, she got the Chipotle, ranch, chicken tacos, loaded fries, fried cheesecake bites, and I got the avocado chicken ranch taco. all of it was great except for my part of the order, and the reason for that is because there was no chicken at all on the tacos just the ranch and lettuce and bacon and tomatoes…. Now I know working in fast food restaurants or just food service in general can be demanding but its one where you can make mistakes like that

When a customer walks into your store you at least acknowledge they are there. Stood at the register for over 5 minutes and 5 employees walked by and not one of them could at least say we will be right with you. Within 10 minutes of my leaving your restaurant, I had food and was headed home thanks to your competition. Might want to make sure you have some adults watching over all the kids.

Have been going here for years but lately the food hasn’t been any good. 8/10 times the wings are so small and burnt so bad you can’t even get a fork through them and the fries taste like they’ve been reheated and are not fresh. If I’m gonna spend almost 26 dollars just for two plates I at least want to be able to eat it.

After waiting over 15 mins for my order. And, seeing everyone that ordered big orders after me get their orders before me. Mgr simply forgot about me. Not pleased. Worked all day. Go to get dinner. And, forgotten. The Mgr was responsible but didn’t do her job responsibly.

Overall great experience but the wings were overcooked this time. Normally they are excellent. My family eats there on a regular basis. Really enjoy there salads, they are all good but a little pricey.
