I’m not one for eating at fast food very often I’ve been there very few times and they always get the order wrong …but really I’m basing this off one of my good friends loves their milkshakes …but unfortunately TWICE they have found a small plastic piece in their milkshake! Once bc it got stuck in the straw! I couldn’t believe it happened again I even saw it myself! So idk what is going on with this Sonic or how plastic even got in the ice cream! I would steer clear from this place

Theres a bunch I could complain about but the biggest thing that bothers me at this sonic is that most of the car hops never guve you your change back anymore. A while back she said thank you and turned around and I said I needed my change and it was 1.79 yet and she gives me the dollar and goes kept the other .79. Its not that I dont tip I gladly give them more out of my will not just them stealing! And today my husband ordered a medium recess blast with extra recess there was barly some on top the over half of the cup was just plain vanilla ice cream!

We’ve been waiting almost an hour and seen multiple people get their food who ordered way after us the order wasn’t correct it’s like this every time we’ve lived here for 3 years and in the 3 years our orders have never been right please close this location managers cuss out customers along with the regular employees

A girl named Emily took care of me and she was so nice. I was having a bad day and told me a joke on the microphone and it made me laugh. So now I don’t need MHMR. She brought my food out personally and told me that the world is hard on beautiful things. Definitely boosted myself confidence. I hope management sees this and awards her. Thank you Emily!!

I visit Sonic regularly to order my unsweetened tea. I am a repeat customer; nevertheless, they frequently mess up my order with sweet tea, which I cannot drink, resulting in waste. I have refrained from expressing dissatisfaction previously due to my enjoyment of our Sonic; nevertheless, I am tired of wasting both the sweet tea and my money. After pulling into the 3rd stall I finally found one with a working screen.. pushed the red button had confirmation red button activated via the screen proceeded to sit there for 10 minutes with no human interaction whatsoever.. left and the realized I was the only vehicle on the parking lot…. 3:30 in the afternoon on a Saturday… place is a joke…

Went and there was younger Hispanic male with extreme attitude that rolled his eyes and did not show an ounce of good customer service. Tried calling to speak with the manger and she was dismissive said Mhhm yeah okay with no care in the world. Should probably look into new management. Wouldn’t give me a first name to report him EVEN though they have name tags??!?!?!?!

Got my order wrong and he rolled his eyes at me like it was my fault.
Then my tender meal doesn’t have the tots or the onion ring, as described ON THE MENU. I didn’t ask for changes, just give me the food I paid $10.79 for!!!
