Staff is horrible. Came through on 11-20-25. Clearly there was no organization or employee management. I ordered 2 Frosties in the drive thru. Screen came up correctly, showed my order a bit over $7. I pulled to the window and the cashier and another employee were messing around and laughing. He opened the window and said, “I’m sorry, I didn’t catch your order, could you repeat it?” (Weird, it was correct on the screen, but ok…) So I did. The price was now $8. I thought, “Whatever, maybe it was wrong before.” – side note, for two Frosties, $8 is ridiculous. We waited for a good 8-10 minutes. I could clearly see the employees messing around. Then, he hands me out a bag with two orders of fries and walks away. What?? I hand them back – he says, “My bad” as he and the guy behind him are laughing. Then a couple more minutes go by before we’re given our order. There needs to be better organization, better management, and better work ethic from the employees. It’ll be awhile before I go back.

I ate there today. To kind of see what was going on as far as them being my one of my favorite restaurants at one point crispy chickens were good but the fries were just old and cold I was very disappointed and now I can kind of see why it’s going downhill and shutting down. I didn’t want to be rude and inconvenience anybody by asking for fresh fries after being served other ones cuz it feels awkward and I don’t like confrontation and then I feel like I’m overzealous but those fries were legitimately nasty and barely warm it all and old… 🙁

Entire place was dirty. Food was cold, even nuggets and fries were terrible. The salad had rotten lettuce. I thought it couldn’t get worst until we finished our meals and our kids hadn’t gotten their toys we specifically asked about before the meal (if you have toddlers, you know how specific/excited they get about small things), they ran out of the toys on display and refused to let us pay for the display ones they were just going to throw in the trash. The cashier was fine but management is clearly not.

On the night of 10-5-25, I went through their drive through. I pulled up to the speaker and sat there for 5 min with no answer from the speaker. Workers. I pulled around to the window and there was no one in there. I decided to come back about 15 min later to experience the same thing except the kid I’m the drive through told me I had to go back around to the speaker. I then sat there for another 5 min waiting for an answer. All I ordered was a small frosty. It took them 10 min to make that. The kid and the crew inside looked very very high. And then after I was handed my frosty, I had to get the attention of them again because the crew member didn’t give me back my card. Very terrible service. No place should have workers inside of it working while clearly high.

My mom, daughter, and I ate lunch here today…. I am giving a 3/5 on food because our fries and nuggets were cold…. My burger however was delicious…. 3/5 on atmosphere because the dining area really could use an update/remodel… kinda a dirty vibe…. But the service though….. cashier was super sweet…. Steve stopped by and chatted at our table…. It was unexpected for a manger to stop by at a fast food restaurant…. Service 5/5!

I travel and I eat a lot of Wendy’s, and this one was so disappointing for so long. Every now and then, I like to give it another chance. Went through there today about 3:00. It has improved from my last few experiences, where it got one star. Everyone appeared to be following hygiene rules today, and the young lady at the drive-thru was doing it good job. I have to say my only complaint is the price increases and the fact that I’m coming through late afternoon and they’re still putting tomatoes on my burger that were sliced yesterday or the day before. Nothing There is no reason not to slice those fresh every day when you present yourself as a premium brand.

I was disappointed in my order getting mixed up all three times I went there in 3 days. The service was not great ether. It was also not as clean as most of the other Wendy’s. I like the Wendy’s brand but this store is subpar.
