I’ve seen this truck multiple times, but never stopped. We finally tried it tonight. The food was a little above average. The tacos were good, but a little lacking in flavor even with the sauce and lime wedges that were included. I will likely try the truck again and order something different. Tonight was $66 for 4 people.

I happened to stop and he was closed temporarily because of pending Health Dept Inspection. I did have a nice conversation with the owner. I live out of town and looking forward to my next trip to Hickory and trying something from the menu.
